Permanent magnet inverter
The Explorer Series permanent magnet high-speed motor is composed of the most advanced German electromagnetic design technology and the permanent magnet inverter system independently developed by RAETTS. Based on the excellent motor second stage cooling technology, the wiring of the inverter is very simple. Secondly, the amount of hot gas generated by the inverter does not need to be treated separately, and the heat is taken in by the motor BOV system and discharged directly from the spout.

Unique Motor Cooling Technology
Explorer Series motors use a second stage cooling structure system for better cooling and stability. First stage is air-cooled inside the motor, and second stage are effectively cooled in the air bearing assembly and stator. This powerful two-stage cooling system is constructed in our motor without additional auxiliary cooling equipment (externally connected forced cooling fan, etc.).

Air Bearing Technology
100% pure oil-free suspension bearing, no mechanical friction, service life can reach semi-permanent. No mechanical noise, no mechanical vibration, simply conveying air. Since 2000, it has been widely used in large and medium-sized industrial machinery. Compared with oil bearing, its simple structure can start stably at high temperature. It has the best suspension ability in permanent magnet high-speed motor, and does not need complex sensor system.

The magnetic suspension centrifugal blower is a high-efficiency new type of blower, which integrates the magnetic suspension
bearing technology and the high-speed motor technology into the traditional blower. The air bearing centrifugal blower adopts the
integrated design concept of air bearing and permanent magnet synchronous super high speed motor (20,000 rpm), abandons the

On site Roots blower parameters: boost: 58.8KPa, flow: 13.17m3/min, power 22KW*4 sets(Two in use, two in reserve) , gas
supply in parallel, 2 blowers with 44 kW energy consumption. RAETTS super blower is designed with the most advanced
three-dimensional flow technology. The highest point efficiency of single blower is 87%. According to the above parameters,
