In English, you use the simple present to speak about all the activities you do in a regular day in your life; activities like the ones you just saw.
Do you remember how to form the simple present tense?
1: SUBJECT 2: VERB 3: COMPLEMENT

To form the negative form of the simple present we just need to add the auxiliar verb in negative «don’t» or «doesn’t» between the subject and the verb.

To form the interrogative form of the simple present we just need to switch places between the subject and the auxiliar verb.

The very famous verb «TO BE» is the exception for everything you have learned in this class.
The verb «TO BE» is not considered an action verb;

In English, you use the simple past to speak about all the activities you did in a regular day. It is like the simple present but about the past.
You can form the simple past the same way you form the simple present the difference is that you have to write the verbs in simple past and an extra «s» is no needed.

To form the negative form of the simple past you just need to add the auxiliar verb in negative «didn’t» between the subject and the verb.
