No matter how I try to instil into my children that Christmas is a time for giving as well as receiving. No matter how I tell them that being with family and loved ones is more important than presents. Noth-ing causes more excitement, gives them a twinkle in their eye like catching a glimpse of Santa in a shopping centre. The thought of his impending overnight visit causes a lot of excitement in our house. So what could be more exciting than receiving a personalised letter from the big man in red himself?
White Mango Personal Letters from Santa an Aus-tralian business based in Victoria, has been running since 2008. The title is fairly indicative of what service they provide, however, I thought I would delve a little deeper and give you some more insight into this fun WAHP business.
White Mango Personal Letters from Santa is carefully created so that even the most suspicious of children will have to be convinced after receiving their mail. The letter is hand written by Santa himself on his own personally designed stationary, including details of their name, brothers or sisters, where they live, pets and even a special memory or achievement.
Not just a Santa Letter, your little ones can also re-ceive a certified copy of their official inclusion on ‘The Good List’. This is fantastic for mothers like me. I will be the one you see pointing at the security cameras in the supermarket, asking their 4 year old if they can be sure Santa is not watching them throw a wobbly.
Your child’s special delivery may also include a special memento from Santa, a piece of his red suit, Santa’s personal photo album or even some specially mixed reindeer food. White Mango Personal Letters from Santa doesn’t only cater to children of ‘believing’ age either. A letter for baby’s first Christmas is a lovely keepsake including some of your newest family mem-ber’s milestones from throughout the year. You can even request a naughty or nice letter for that special adult in your life.
Packages are very reasonable and start from only $12 so get in contact with White Mango Personal Letters from Santa today to ensure your letter arrives before Christmas.

Santa’s Letterbox Drop
It was fantastic catching up with Michelle Kenney from Jenarna Candles to talk about the latest of what is happening with her business. As a long-time fan, I love her hand-poured candles with the beautiful colours complemented by enticing fragrances.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: Can you tell me a little about how you started Jenarna Candles?
Michelle Kenney - Jenarna Candles: I originally started Je-narna Candles back in 2009 after many hours of research into Palm Wax and its production. I wanted to be sure that the wax that I bought wasn’t contributing to the destruction of any more rain-forests. I started as a wholesale and retail business, supplying to a few select retail outlets and also offering options with my candles for consultants.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: Jenarna is an unusual name, how did you come up with Jenarna Candles as the name for your business?
Michelle Kenney - Jenarna Candles: I have always liked original names something that is unlikely anyone else has. The Jenarna name came about when my daughter Jenna was born. She used to sleep bent backwards like a banana and I started calling her my banana baby and that eventually turned into my Jenarna baby. So when I started working with candles there was no bet-ter name that I could think of.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: You mentioned that you also use Soy Wax for your candles. Why is this?
Michelle Kenney - Jenarna Candles: Soy Wax like Palm Wax, are natural waxes which is what I prefer to use. On my website I have a section explaining the steps required in making Palm Wax, it is a very interesting read. There is so much in the media regarding Palm & Soy Wax vs Paraffin Wax - I’m not a chemist so I can’t really comment on that debate. Paraffin wax is a bi-product of diesel so it comes from something very chemical, while Palm and Soy Wax come from natural plants. So for my own decision, I prefer to go the natural way.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: There are a large choice of fragrances and colours available. Can you put any fragrance and colour together?
Michelle Kenney - Jenarna Candles: For each fragrance I have a certain colour - if a customer requests a large order or for a spe-cial occasion, they are able to choose their own fragrances and colours. Our fragrances are absolutely yummy and I love being in my fragrant workroom.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: Jenarna Candles are on Fa-cebook, do you have a website as well?
Written by Helen Dayman
Michelle Kenney - Jenarna Candles: We have a website which is still a work in progress as there are always plans a foot to further update - the address is www.jenarnacandles.com, the website is protected by SSL Security and we also use Paypal for payment as it’s one of the most secure methods of payment.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: On your Facebook page, you mention Virtual Parties. What is involved in a ‘Jenarna Candles Virtual Party’?
Michelle Kenney - Jenarna Candles: Our Virtual Parties are similar to Catalogue Parties. There is an entire tab dedicated to Virtual Parties and how they work on our Facebook page - this information hasn’t been updated to the website yet (that falls under the work in progress clause).
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: What is next for Jenarna Candles?
Michelle Kenney - Jenarna Candles: We have a new exciting phase happening at the moment as we expand our Jenarna Can-dles Consultants program. This is an easy and affordable way for WAHP’s to do exactly that, ‘work at home’. No messy candle making, it is all done by us. Consultants can concentrate on sell-ing candles. To join Jenarna Candles as a Consultant costs as lit-tle as $1. We also have a selection of Consultant ‘Starter Packs’ available. Consultants can choose either to only join for $1 (with no Starter Pack) or can take the option of a Starter Pack to use for demonstration purposes. Starter Packs are from $22.50 to $68.50, there is an affordable option for all Consultants. As I said, we are very excited. So anyone interested in becoming a Jenarna Candles Consultant, please contact us as we can’t wait to share our journey with you.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: Taking a quick peek at your website I noticed that you also take custom orders for special occasions.
Michelle Kenney - Jenarna Candles: Yes, we do. We love to make that special occasion even more special for our custom-ers such as Christmas Candles, as well wedding, christenings and any special event. Whether it is for a family Christmas gathering, your wedding, engagement party, christening or naming cer-emony, we can customize our candles colours or fragrances to suit your function. We also can put decals on your candles with photos of your family or friends which is perfect for your special occasion. Also, we have a large range of accessories to suit most occasions. We have brass candle holders, pewter candelabras, glass plates to stand your candles on, hurricane lamps to keep the breeze away and much more.

Exclusive Jenarna Candles Interview
Have you heard about the NEW MySpace?
I know what you’re thinking. BORING! We left MySpace years ago, but this is NEW and EXCITING especially for those of us who love Pinterest. Please take a few min-utes to visit https://new.myspace.com/ and have a look at the promo and I will wait here for you.
Didn’t I tell you it is NEW and EXCITING!!
Can you just imagine your business imag-es setup on a page with the NEW MySpace Lay out? This will be FREE for us to help promote our businesses. Customers will be able to see all you want them to see, no more having to pin posts, tag, bump and continually update your page just to get exposure!!
It is like Pinterest meets social network-ing. You can even include twitter updates in your news-feed and send out friends in-vites to your Twitter and Facebook friends. PLUS you can track your top fans locations, age groups, gender etc on an interactive world map, so you know which demo-graphic you’re appealing to the most!!
On many WAHP business and networking group Facebook pages, a common discus-sion is occurring showing an intense dis-satisfaction with Facebook’s algorithm hiding posts from news-feeds and block-ing users from visiting some pages. Not to mention an often expressed confusion about Facebook’s Competition Guidelines.
The NEW MySpace might just be the an-swer we have been looking for. MySpace wants their fans back as up until half a decade ago, MySpace were miles ahead of Facebook when it came to user popularity, it looks like the tide might change again in their favour.
I know I will give it a go! If you would like to see what the NEW MySpace has to offer you and your business, visit https://new.myspace.com/. NEW MySpace is live, you can get busy networking and showcasing your Business NOW!

Being a part of WAHP Published’s Creative Team as has been an exciting ride so far. One of my most fa-vourite side-benefits is visiting the many WAHP busi-ness pages on Facebook. One up and coming small business I would like to introduce you to is Cheeky Little Monkey Designs. The name itself catches your attention. I asked the owner, Stacey Marknock, what was behind the name and she told me it was named after her ‘very cheeky daughter Matilda’ (her words not mine ). Stacey’s nickname for her daughter since birth was always ‘cheeky little monkey’. What a fantastic name for a business and I love the story behind the name too.
Cheeky Little Monkey Designs has only been in oper-ation for 6 months, but already has a large following with over 500 fans on the Facebook page. A one and a half person team, Stacey attributes her other half to hubby who handles posting packages daily and of course the ‘little monkey’ who helps pick out the fab-rics and helps with all creations too. Although Stacey says the ‘little monkey’ is generally making a bigger mess. I think all us WAHP’s can relate to that.
Each Cheeky Little Monkey Design is handmade at home with inspiration from different places that help with each and every creation. A large variety of hand-made items is available from patchwork blankets and quilts, to baby and kids clothing, nappy wallets andeven items for mums and dads.
Just in time for Christmas, Cheeky Little Monkey De-signs is having a Christmas Sale! From Sunday 25 No-vember through to Sunday 9 December, with up to 70% off store wide. That’s not all! With each order, Cheeky Little Monkey Designs will give a free Christ-mas themed gift.
Exciting times are ahead as we get closer to the end of the year with Cheeky Little Monkey Designs releasing their Christmas range including some very cute hang-ing decorations, Christmas bunting, aprons, taggies as well as other goodies. Both the Christmas range and all other items are available from the Cheeky Lit-tle Monkey Designs store at www.hand-made.com.au/cheekymonkeyd. While most orders and sales originate online through this store, Stacey does at-tend local markets. Keep an eye out for Cheeky Lit-tle Monkey Designs around Brisbane’s local markets leading up to Christmas.

With the festive season fast approaching, a lot of peo-ple will claim to be time poor this time of year with everything going on. Remember, don’t let that stop you from being the best version of yourself possible!!!
There’s no doubt that the festive season is a challeng-ing time if you are trying to stay healthy and reduce body fat. It usually revolves around food (and not al-ways healthy choices), large portions and lashings of alcohol to wash it all down.
Christmas celebrations can last for weeks, so there are some things you need to watch out for. There are also some simple steps you can take to stay on track while still enjoying this special time of the year.
My festive season helpful tips to keep you on track (which I apply to myself as well)………..
1. Increase that training – whatever it may be. Let’s up the ante! Push harder, faster, stronger, and longer! Do something each day even if only a brisk walk. Remember getting a bit of a sweat up is a good thing. 2. Swap something in your diet and exercise pro-gram for better results (eg. Swap chips for rice crackers, swap the bus for a walk to the station or get off a stop earlier then walk).3. Get enough sleep. Australians are sleep de-prived and during the silly season, more so than ever. So sleep your way to the top and make it a pact to get an extra hour of sleep a night whenever you can fit it in.4. Watch what you eat and try to get back to your normal weight before all the grog and food to come. Remember less fat, fewer takeaways (except for salads without mayo), and when you eat out ask for sauces on the side (usually that will mean fewer calories). 5. No more meat than the size of your palm: and fill your plate with salad. A lot of Christmas lunches are buffet. Buffets have a tendency to bring out the piglet in us. Stick to salad and no more meat than what would easily fit in the palm of your hand (not including your fingers!).
6. Only eat until you are satisfied, don’t have that extra mouthful that will result in you feeling bloated and overfull.7. Canapés are out: When at a cocktail party, it tends to be easier to say no to everything rather than study the morsel and take pot luck in your pickings. Eat a late lunch and know in advance what your din-ner plans are. Turning up at 6pm to a party having not eaten since 1pm is a recipe for disaster. Eat half your lunch at 1pm and half at 5pm. Also, remember to drink lots of water late in the afternoon. I promise you won’t feel hungry and tempted.8. Don’t eat unless a) you are sitting down, and b) the food is on a plate: There will be so much yummy ham in the fridge and crumbling bits of pudding. Nib-bling is one of the great curses for weight loss. Enjoy the leftovers as a meal, put them on a plate. Sit down and savour them. Stop yourself as you reach to eat straight from the fridge.9. A bottle of white, a bottle of red, maybe a bot-tle of rose instead. While alcohol has some anti-oxidant qualities, too much is not too good. Try to have at least three alcohol free days and keep the other days for up to four standard drinks per day only for men and two standard drinks for women. 10. Get a massage to take time out for yourself. We all get a bit tired before the Christmas break arrives and a massage is a great way to revive your energy. 11. Look after your biomechanics. A new pair of runners might be a great X-mas present. Now is the time to drop some hints. 12. Remember that life is a team sport. Make time for all those important people in your life. It is they who give your life meaning. 13. Lastly, remember those New Year resolutions could start now! Give yourself a head start – why wait to the 1st of January?
The silly season can be a wonderful time, so enjoy your-self without obsessing over food and your weight. You are doing this out of respect not punishment, so use these tips and enjoy the new you with all the rewards it brings.

Creating Christmas Gifts
14
Buying gifts for family and friends can be an expen-sive and stressful activity. You need to set yourself a budget but you don’t want to seem cheap. Nnot to mention that you’ll probably be buying for quite a few people, so it can get very expensive very fast. In today’s world of throw away consumables, it seems like a logical choice to give a gift made from the heart rather than buy something from a store.
Since I have had my son I have become very adept at making all manner of gifts, cards and wrapping paper using his artistic talent (mainly finger paint-ing) and my skilful use of glue, sticky tape and a printer. The saying is that a gift made with love is more precious than anything you can buy and I am a firm believer in that.
With Christmas fast approaching, now is the time to start getting organised with the list of who you need to buy for, their ages and what amount of money you wish to spend for each person. The last part will usually be as little as possible but there seems to be a trend towards everything being more expensive; think iPods, iPads, and iPhones, anything with an ‘i’ in it really. The question you should be asking is; what can I make from home, with love, using mini-mal ingredients and less money?
First of all is the tree of life. This is a beautiful and easy present to make for the grandparents. Go onto
the Internet and search for a downloadable clip art tree that has no leaves (just the branches), or if you are artistic, you can draw your own. Once you have your tree printed or drawn, grab some water based paints and coat your little ones thumb and place firmly on the tree, creating the leaves. You can use as many colours as you want. Now you have a mem-orable tree of life artwork that you can laminate or frame. If you have more than one child or want something a little bit different, paint their hand instead and use it to create the leaves. You can even use glitter to create a stunning piece of artwork that the grandparents will treasure.
I also make wrapping paper out of my son’s artwork. I have a roll of white butcher paper that we use for arts and crafts at least once a week. Since he loves to paint, I have a large stack of creative wrapping paper that I will use this Christmas. It’s not only beautiful and unique, it doesn’t cost much money (a five metre roll set me back $10), it saves on name tags as you can use a glitter pen to write their name on it and once the present has been unwrapped, they have another present!
Gift giving does not have to mean taking out a small loan to cover your Christmas debt, with a little crea-tivity you can create amazing home-made gifts that your family will love.

Starting your Business from Scratch
So… you have a fantastic idea for a business and want to kick it off from scratch. In an ideal world you will have lots of cash available to use as capital to get started, professionals at your beck and call, not to mention customers ready to buy now. For most WAHP’s this isn’t how it happens, as much as we wish. In most cases, a WAHP business is started on a shoe string and grows slowly but steadily.
Let’s take this one step at a time.
Step 1 - Legal IssuesRegister your business name, business tax file num-ber (TFN) and ABN. Most WAHP businesses will not need to register for GST at first.
Business Name Registration Costs: From 28 May 2012, all business name registrations and renewals are done from only one place and not by individual States and Territories. This also makes it much easier if your business will have cus-tomers from anywhere in Australia.
Register or renew a Business Name - Link here (links on right top of page) Fees are $30 for 1 year and $70 for 3 years.
Tax File Number (TFN) and ABN Registration are free and can be registered together in the one ap-plication at -
Australian Business Register - Link here (links on left)Australian Taxation Office (ATO) - Link here
Step 2 - Planning Your BusinessOutline a business plan on how you want to set up your business, your market and an idea on what your costs and product/service pricing will be.
There are many templates online that can help you with this. If you have Microsoft Office (any version) there are templates available also on the Microsoft website for download.

Step 3 - Marketing Your BusinessCapital is always an issue with a WAHP business, so let’s do this on a shoe string. Online social me-dia such as Facebook, the new MySpace, Twitter and Linked In are just a few sites that will help you to market your products/service to your potential customers.
Most importantly, they are FREE!

Part II
Do you need an online shop? EBay, MadeIt or a Facebook App might be suitable for your business. There are many more out there, just Google ‘online shop’ or ‘online store’.
There may be some fees, so it is important to make sure that you understand any costs in selling your products/services, take a close look at all ‘terms and conditions’.
Ebay - www.ebay.com.au/MadeIt - www.madeit.com.au/StoreYa - Link here

Want to start off with a bang?
What about a website? This doesn’t have to hap-pen straight away, but could be something to think about. We will look at this more closely in a future issue, but if you have the skills, you could set up a website yourself.
Congratulations on starting your new business!
Don’t forget to let us know on our Facebook Page, website and forum. There are many online places that you can use to get the word out that you are open for business.
You already have a group of people waiting to hear all about what you are doing, your personal Face-book page for starters. So get to it and start telling everyone.

Excusive Bubsy Baby InterviewCongratulations to Bek Stevenson of Bubsy Baby for winning our Melbourne Cup Sweepstake. Bek knows how to pick a winner with Green Moon racing ahead to grab the trophy.
We loved having a chat with Bek about Bubsy Baby and would love to share this fantastic business with you.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: We love your business name Bek, how did you come up with ‘Bubsy’?
Bek Stevenson - Bubsy Baby: I used to call my baby ‘Bubsy’. So, when I started the business at the beginning of 2012, ‘Bubsy Baby’ just fit.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: How is your business structured?
Bek Stevenson - Bubsy Baby: I work my business in part-nership with my Mum. She is my inspiration. She is a very talented sewer with many years of sewing experience. When I had my children I thought the time was right to start sewing myself. She was the one who has taught me to sew. My business is primarily run by myself, although my Mum also makes some gorgeous items for the business.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: Wow, nearly 2000 Face-book fans, can you tell us your secrets to a successful busi-ness?
Bek Stevenson - Bubsy Baby: At Bubsy Baby, we feel that communication is the key to running a business where cus-tomers are happy. We take the time to communicate with all customers to let them know where their orders are at. Bubsy Baby is also different in that we pre-wash and iron all fabrics prior to making items. This reduces shrinkage and running of dyes. We also custom make special needs dribble bibs for both children and adults with special needs or in a nursing home. Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: You have some fantastic products. Which is your favourite?
Bek Stevenson - Bubsy Baby: My favourite product is my Dribble Bibs! When my little man started to dribble con-stantly, and I had to continually change his clothes, I knew that there had to be an easier solution. So, we started playing around with sizing to make our Dribble Bibs! My lit-tle man was my guinea pig and model! I wanted to be able to make dribble bibs that were not only practical and hard wearing, but also looked funky. I know how hard it can be to find stylish designs in Children’s items, especially for boys, so I decided to source gorgeous fabrics to make these Drib-ble Bibs!
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: Where can we find Bub-sy Baby products?
Bek Stevenson - Bubsy Baby: We primarily sell via our website www.bubsybaby.com.au. We also have a Facebook page - Bubsy Baby where we release our new designs and keep customers up to date with the happenings of our busi-ness. You might also find us at markets around the Canberra region.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: Do you find Facebook a good platform to market Bubsy Baby products?
Bek Stevenson - Bubsy Baby: Yes, I find Facebook a good way to market our business and products, although I use it more as a tool to communicate with our audience and customers.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: We are keen to know, what is next for Bubsy Baby?
Bek Stevenson - Bubsy Baby: I am very happy with where Bubsy Baby is at the moment! Our website is proving to be very successful. We have had lots of wonderful reviews about our products and get lots of business through word of mouth. We are also starting to supply wholesale to other businesses which is fabulous. Bubsy Baby is always expand-ing our line of handmade goods available. We also sell our gorgeous everyday bibs, burp cloths, quillows and santa sacks.
Helen Dayman - WAHP Magazine: It is nearly Christmas and I am sure you have some fantastic products to tell us about.
Bek Stevenson - Bubsy Baby: For this festive season, we have made some gorgeous Santa Sacks! They are made from 100% cotton designer fabrics. Our sacks are a large size and are fully lined with corresponding Christmas fabrics! They also have a drawstring. They are a fabulous must have for all little ones this Christmas!

You are busy doing what you always do, work-ing hard at your WAHP business. Then in swoops the dreaded flu and all bets are off. Suddenly, your business and household comes to a grind-ing stop. As an adult and parent, we battle on still working despite not feeling the best. When our children get sick, it is a whole other ballgame.
There is nothing your sick child wants more than cuddles from mum, so naturally you give in and laze on the couch with them. But… the phone is ringing and your computer is pinging with a few new emails. You look at your work area with anxiety knowing things are piling up. Yes, you’re a work-at-home-parent. Your child is miserable, sick and suddenly you feel like you are juggling ten elephants!
You have a business to run and there isn’t anyone else who can take over. What do you do? How do you prioritise and juggle? The reality is that you can manage it all with a little bit of extra organi-sation. Here are some ideas you could try that will help you manage your day:
* First things first, you need to decide what are the most urgent tasks that need to be done and write them down. This way, it is on paper and you have goals to aim for. It is easy to forget what you need to do when caring for a sick child.
* The simplest thing to do is when you get a spare five minutes, go through your list and do what you can. If it means responding to an email or two while your baby is collapsed on top of you, then that’s perfect.
* If you have a Facebook page (or anything else similar) where most of your followers or clients are most likely see what you’re up to, just give everyone a heads up that you are out of action for a day or two. Let them know you will respond to any enquiries ASAP.
* Meal planning - Keep it Simple! While you might opt for take-away meals, think about having some spare meals in the freezer for those lazy or ‘just in case’ days. Freezer meals are a lifesaver!
* Don’t try and be a hero! If someone wants to help, let them. I’m sure grandma would love any excuse to come over and give a buck-et load of cuddles.
* If you have an outside area, get outside with your child and laptop. A bit of fresh air can do wonders for them and you!
But… the most important thing on your To-Do List is to take care of your children. Anything else you manage to get done, consider it a bonus.

Christmas Delights With
Thinking of Christmas? You can’t go past recipes by Donna Hay. I was deliberating what recipes to share. I remember last year when I made Christmas Gift Boxes for friends and guests. Best of all, my 4 year old son was able to help too. He was so excited! After all, Christmas is best shared with those you love.
As soon as I saw these biscotti, I knew I just had to make them. Not only do they taste great and are easy to make, but I think they look very “Christmassy” because of the colours of the pistachios and cranberries.
CRANBERRY & PISTACHIO BISCOTTI (makes 80)by Donna Hay December 2011 edition
Ingredients2 cups plain flour, sifted1 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 cup caster sugar3 eggs, lightly beaten2 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp finely grated orange rind1 cup sweetened, dried cranberries1 cup shelled unsalted pistachios
Method1. Pre-line 2 baking trays with baking paper and pre-heat oven to 160 degrees. 2. Place flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl and mix.3. Add eggs, vanilla, orange rind, cranberries and pistachios and mix until you form a dough. Turn the dough on a lightly floured bench. Knead until smooth.4. Form into 2 logs and flatten slightly. Bake in oven for 30 -35 minutes until firm. Cool completely.5. Once cool, use a serrated knife to cut thin diagonal slices and place them back on the baking trays and bake for a further 8 - 10 minutes until crisp. Store in an air-tight container.

CHRISTMAS COOKIESInspired by Donna Hay’s Star cookies
Ingredients250g butter3/4 cup (275g) caster sugar2 tsp vanilla extract1 egg yolk2 1/4 cups (335g) plain flour, sifted
Method1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. 2. Place the butter and sugar in the electric mixer and beat until pale and creamy. 3. Add the vanilla and egg yolk and beat well to combine.4. Add the flour and beat until a smooth dough forms. 5. Divide the dough into 4 portions and wrap each portion on plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until the dough is firm. 6. Roll out each portion of dough between 2 sheets of baking paper until 3 mm thick. 7. Remove the baking paper and use shapes such as stars or Christmas trees. Use leftovers and re-roll until you use it all up. 8. Place cookies on lined baking paper trays for 8 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire racks before decorating. Makes 32 star shapecookies.
Decorate1. To decorate the cookies, I used a straw to insert a hole in the dough when cutting out the shapes where the tied ribbon will go. 2. We use QUEEN Royal Icing to ice the cookies and Christmas edible decorations.3. Once decorations are dry tie a bow with a ribbon to make them look pretty and arrange in a box with the biscotti.
These are a great gift idea. Everyone will love them and most of all I saw pride on my son’s face - PRICELESS!
Merry Christmas everyone! May your lives be blessed with love and hope.
With warm foodie love,

PLEXUS SLIMPLEXUS SLIMPOUR IT, SHAKE IT, DRINK IT, ONE DRINK A DAY TO MELT THAT FAT AWAY
TAKING THE WORLD BY STORM When a 33 year old QLD mum Rebecca of four came across the advert for Plexus Slim whilst surfing the net late one night, liAle did she know that this was going to change her life forever. That moment was to take Bec on an adventure that would not only result in a much
healthier family, but would see her start her own business. Six months later, she has a team of 200 Ambassadors and its sIll growing by the day .
‘Becoming a part of the Plexus team has done some truly amazing things for my life. Not only have I began to lose the weight that I never ever thought I’d shiP, I’ve gained confidence in myself again! Feeling GOOD about myself and confident with how I look is something I haven’t felt in a VERY long Ime, and I’m finally looking in the mirror and seeing the results from the product, and am slowly beginning to actually like what I see! My husband has had such a wonderful transformaIon on the product too, he’s more lively now, and it’s hard to keep my hands off him!
But it’s not just my health that’s had a posiIve impact from Plexus! My bank balance has benefited too, with earning over $10,000 in under 6 months, having a team of over 140 girls now that conInue to impress me daily with how hard they are willing to work knowing that this product is helping people get healthy again, both physically and mentally.
But the cherry on top of the Plexus cake was being flown to the USA in October to aAend the All expenses paid Leaders Retreat Cruise to Cozumel, Mexico! This was an absolutely mind blowing experience, meeIng not only some of the top ranking Ambassadors and gebng business Ips from them, meeIng and chabng with the CEO, and being on stage to tell my story and talk about why my team is so wonderful, in front of people who’ve been a part of Plexus for longer than I, and telling them
how successful I’ve been in the 5 short months I’ve been a part of Plexus!
2012 has been an amazing year for my family. There’s been many ‘firsts’ completed, dreams fulfilled and lives changed. I finally feel at home and I know Plexus will be home for many years to come!’

CHANGING AUSSIE LIVES EVERYDAY
Char -‐ QLD
I am 49 years old, I live in Gympie QLD with my fiancé and have 2 children. Well this is my year!! I turn 50 in January 2013 so I have decided that this is the year to lose all this fat!! In 2006, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, prior to that I met my fiancé. He was right by my side through the whole ordeal and we plan to marry as soon as we are able. I came across a wonderful company who sells the most amazing weight loss products but also allows you to make money as well, so I signed up as an ambassador in September 2012. If you are overweight like me, you would understand how desperate I have been feeling as I needed to lose close to 50kg's. I saw a lot of before and aPer pictures of customers who have been using Plexus Slim, they all looked amazing so I thought, if they can, why not me? To my amazement, I have been losing weight, dropped dress sizes, and the best thing is I have so much energy that I want to go for walks. I love how Plexus Slim has helped me on my weight-‐loss mission. The cravings are gone and now I’m full of energy, I really do have a new lease on life. I love helping family, friends and new customers experience the weight loss and wellness that they get from Plexus. This is an exciIng experience for me that I’m happy to share. Char *This is my before pic, when I was 128kg's in Feb this year and now, I have lost over 20kg's but sFll have a long way to go. Most of it has been with the help of a once a day pink drink.
Denise -‐ QLD
I am 51 years old; I live in Toorbul, QLD and have 2 grown children and 1 grandchild. I have been on the Plexus Slim for about 10 weeks at the Ime of wriIng this and have not changed my diet, nor exercised as I injured my foot in August which means I can’t walk for any length of Ime. I absolutely in love with this product, it has stopped my craving for chocolate and biscuits completely which used to be my nightly ritual. I make beAer food choices with no effort at all, even when I had Lap Band surgery 3 years ago, it sIll didn’t stop me from eaIng chocolate or biscuits. These were the things I struggled with the most.
Sibng at home one night while on Facebook, I found the adverIsement for Plexus Slim, rang and spoke to a fabulous lady that explained everything to me. As I had tried every other weight loss product known to mankind, I was very skepIcal, but also desperate. I had put back on 13 of the 20kg’s I had lost previously with the Lap Band. I knew this was my last resort and I thought why not give it a go, I had tried everything else!!! At worst it would sit in the cupboard with the other weight loss treatments I had tried.
The cheapest way for me to try the product was to join the Company as an Ambassador and get it for wholesale price. Who knows, if it worked for me, I might be able to help some of my clients (I am a Nail Technician) who were struggling with weight as well. It has changed my life, I am sleeping beAer without the aid of sleeping tablets, I feel so much healthier and to date, I have lost just on 10kg and who knows how many cm’s. All I know is I am down to a size 16 from a size 20 and I am looking forward to gebng to my goal before Christmas.32
