TERMS OF BUSINESS:1. A minimum of 25% deposit is required with your booking. 2. The balance of all accounts should be settled 7 days before event date. 3. Our quotations are based upon numbers advised originally. Where possible we would ask for a final number at least 5 days prior to the event. 4. A final number should be advised at least 72 hours prior to the event. It is our practice to charge this number or the number attending, which ever is greater. 5. If kitchen and service facilities at your proposed venue are inadequate, it may be necessary to adjust our prices to take into account the need to bring in heavy kitchen equipment. 6. We require 48 hours notice per order. 7. All orders must be for a minimum of 50 guests. For numbers less than 50, your nearest MyLahore branch will be more than happy to accommodate (minimum of 10 guests). For numbers less than 50, your nearest MyLahore branch will be more than happy to accommodate (minimum of 10 guests). 8. For any booking below 150 guests an additional £2 per head charge will be added. 9. All prices are excluding VAT.
