PRESENTACIÓNEl sistema modular de PARKING diseñado por MADE es un original e innovador sistema para duplicar en tiem-po muy breve el número de plazas disponibles en un aparcamiento de superficie.
Los elementos prefabricados que lo componen son ensamblados directamente sobre el suelo del aparcamien-to existente, sin ninguna necesidad de cimientos fijos, pudiendo eventualmente ser desmontados y vueltos a montar sobre otras áreas con distintas medidas plano-altimétricas.
El sistema se configura por lo tanto como un aparcamiento semi-permanente, es decir, estable y de larga duración, además reversible, ideal para resolver el problema del aparcamiento, adaptándose con flexibilidad a los diferentes contextos urbanísticos y situaciones ambientales
Cada nueva implantación requerirá un proyecto individualizado de adaptación a las circunstancias concretas del emplazamiento.

The MADE modular CAR PARK structure is an original and innovative system for rapidly doubling the number of spaces available in an over-ground car park.
The prefabricated elements it is composed of are assembled directly on the surface of the existing parking space, without any need for fixed foundations, and can be dismantled at will and reassembled on other sites with different plano-altimetric measurements.
Thus the system forms a semi-permanent car park, that is, stable, long-lasting, as well as reversible, ideal for solving parking problems, and adapting itself flexibly to varied environmental and urban conditions.
Each new installation requires an individualized plan to adapt it to the specific site.

Los aspectos básicos que se han tenido en cuenta a la hora de adoptar el sistema estructural para la edifica-ción que nos ocupa son principalmente: resistencia mecánica y estabilidad, seguridad, durabilidad, economía, facilidad constructiva, facilidad de montaje, posibilidad de desmontaje para su posterior montaje en otra ubi-cación con total aprovechamiento de los elementos estructurales, modulación y posibilidades de mercado.
El sistema se compone de elementos modulares de acero galvanizado desmontable consistente en:
Pórticos metálicos de 5,00m de luz entre vanos.
Forjado de losas alveolares de hormigón pretensado, para luces de 7,50m.
Cruces de San Andrés (verticales y horizontales) y vigas secundarias de arriostramiento del conjunto.
Pórticos de cubierta con una pendiente del 6%.
Defensas para vehículos (biondas) y peatones (barandillas).
Elementos decorativos de cerramiento vertical.
Construcción de escaleras exteriores de acceso a la planta primera.
Además el diseño consta de una rampa exterior de acceso a la planta primera, con una pendiente máxima del 16% y una anchura de 5,40m, para uso de vehículos.
Ofrecemos diferentes opciones de acabados para personalizar la edificación.
The main basic features taken into account in the design of the building’s structure are: mechanical strength and stability, safety, durability, economy, ease of construction, ease of assembly, possible dismantling and subsequent reassembly on a different site with complete reusability of all structural elements, modulation and marketability.
The system is composed of modular galvanized steel components, which can be dismantled, consisting of:
Metal frame with 5.00m spans.
Framework of alveolar pre-stressed concrete slabs, for 7.50m spans.
X crosses (vertical and horizontal) and secondary architectural bracing beams across the whole structure.
Roof frame with a gradient of 6%.
Defences for vehicles (barriers) and pedestrians (railings).
Decorative vertical closing elements.
Exterior stairs for access to the upper deck.
In addition the design includes an exterior ramp for upper deck vehicle access, with a maximum gradient of 16% and width of 5.40m.
We also offer a variety of finishing options to personalize the structure.

De tal forma que se permita a las personas con movilidad y comunicación reducidas el acceso y la circulación por el edificio en los términos previstos en su normativa específica.
El aparcamiento se proyecta de tal manera que sea accesible a personas con discapacidad. Según la ubicación del mismo se garantiza asimismo el cumplimiento de la normativa nacional, autonómica y/o local vigente.
Los aparcamientos vienen provistos de todas las instalaciones que garantizan su correcto funcionamiento.
Instalación de iluminación en la planta baja, con circuito de emergencia.
Instalación de iluminación en la planta alta (exigencias específicas).
Señalización de tráfico horizontal, vertical y de seguridad.
Instalación antiincendio.
Las instalaciones técnicas auxiliares son colocadas siguiendo las normativas en vigor.
El parking dispone de los servicios de telecomunicación, audiovisuales y de información más modernos del mercado de acuerdo con lo establecido en su normativa específica.
La solución propuesta de parking se ha proyectado de tal manera, que se garanticen los servicios de teleco-municación (conforme al D. Ley 1/1998, de 27 de Febrero sobre Infraestructuras Comunes de Telecomunica-ción), así como de telefonía y audiovisuales.

El diseño del parking facilita que los ocupantes puedan desalojar el edificio en condiciones seguras y se per-mita la actuación de los equipos de extinción y rescate.
Todos los elementos estructurales son resistentes al fuego durante un tiempo superior al sector de incendio de mayor resistencia.

Todos los locales reúnen los requisitos de habitabilidad, salubridad, ahorro energético y funcionalidad exigidos para este uso.
El conjunto de la edificación dispone de medios que impiden la acumulación de agua o humedad inadecuada procedente de precipitaciones atmosféricas, del terreno o de condensaciones.
El aparcamiento dispone de medios para que sus recintos se puedan ventilar adecuadamente, eliminando los contaminantes que se produzcan de forma habitual durante su uso normal, de forma que se aporte un caudal suficiente de aire exterior y se garantice la extracción y expulsión del aire viciado por los contaminantes, con el máximo ahorro energético.
El edificio dispone de medios adecuados para extraer las aguas procedentes de las precipitaciones atmosfé-ricas.
HIGIENE, SALUd Y PROTECCIÓN dEL mEdIO AmBIENTE
Todos los elementos constructivos tanto verticales (particiones interiores, paredes separadoras de propieda-des o usuarios distintos, paredes separadoras de zonas comunes interiores, paredes separadoras de salas de máquinas, fachadas) como horizontales (forjados generales separadores de cada una de las plantas, cubier-tas transitables y forjados separadores de salas de máquinas) cuentan con el aislamiento acústico requerido para los usos previstos en las dependencias que delimitan.

The car park is designed to facilitate evacuation under safe conditions, and allows for the intervention of fire-extinguishing and rescue teams.
All structural components are fire-resistant for a period superior to that of the area of highest resistance.

All our structures fulfil the standards of habitability, cleanliness, energy saving and functionality required for their use.
The whole structure comes provided with the facilities necessary to prevent accumulation of unwanted water or humidity originating from the surrounding land or from rainfall or condensation.
The car park includes complete ventilation facilities, eradicating pollutants routinely produced by normal use, so that a sufficient flow of external air is provided and extraction and expulsion of stale air are guaranteed, with maximum energy savings.
The building includes the necessary facilities for the extraction of water originating from rainfall or other pre-cipitations.
HYGIENE, HEALTH ANd ENVIRONmENTAL PROTECTION
All the elements of the structure, both vertical (internal partitions, walls separating it from different owners or users, walls separating it from interior communal areas, walls separating it from machine rooms, façades) and horizontal (general frames separating each of the decks, walkable roofing and frames separating it from ma-chine rooms) are provided with the soundproofing required by the expected uses in the delimited premises.
