Complaint stated that victim and officer were mutually masturbating while seated across from one another.

Victim stated that the officer exposed himself. Victim stated that she approached the desk, asked

the officer for the remote control, then intentionally dropped the remote to the floor.

Complaint received over 60 days later after the inmate had been released.

Inmate was contacted in the community and gave a statement.
