Reservations can be made up to 15 minutes before the lesson.
Schedule is open for the next 30 days. Payments needs to be confirmed for reservation. Every absenceor cancellation within 24 hours before the lesson and every two cancellations under other conditionswill shorten the maximum reservation period by one day. The restrictions occured due to cancel ruleswill be reset at every first of the month.
Closed on school holidays and during the following days. Christmas Holidays and New Year Holidays.School holidays for the following month will be posted around every 20th of the month onthe Members page.

หนังสือเรียนจำเป็นต้องใช้หนังสือประกอบการเรียนแบบ e-book เล่มละ350 บาท (1 เล่ม ต่อ 1 Stage) ซึ่งยังไม่รวมอยู่ในค่าคอร์สเรียน แต่สามารถชำระเงินพร้อมค่าคอร์สเรียนได้

คอร์ส Tickets plan มีอายุ 31 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อคอร์ส
กรณีที่ซื้อ Tickets plan เพิ่ม อายุของ Tickets ที่เคยซื้อไว้จะถูกยืดออกไปเท่ากับ Tickets ที่ซื้อใหม่ (วันที่ซื้อนับเป็นวันแรกของคอร์สเรียน)
เฉพาะผู้เรียนที่ซื้อคอร์ส Monthly plan เท่านั้นจึงสามารถซื้อ Tickets plan ได้
กรณีที่ผู้เรียนยกเลิกคอร์ส Monthly plan จะมีผลทำให้ Tickets ที่คงเหลืออยู่หมดอายุโดยอัตโนมัติ
ผู้เรียนสามารถจองเวลาเรียนล่วงหน้าได้สูงสุดตามจำนวนครั้งเรียนที่เหลืออยู่ โดยสามารถจองล่วงหน้าได้สูงสุด 31 วัน
สามารถเรียนได้ไม่จำกัดครั้งต่อวัน
เรียนครั้งละ 25 นาที
ผู้เรียนสามารถจองเวลาเรียนได้จนถึง 15 นาทีก่อนเวลาเรียน
หากยกเลิกก่อนเวลาเรียนที่จองไว้ไม่ถึง 2 ชั่วโมง หรือขาดเรียน จะถือว่าใช้ครั้งเรียนไป 1 ครั้ง
ในวันที่ทำการจองเวลาเรียนในระบบ สามารถยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงวันและเวลาที่ต้องการเรียนได้ในวันเดียวกันโดยไม่มีผลกระทบกับจำนวนครั้งเรียน
สามารถยกเลิก/เปลี่ยนเวลาเรียนได้ 1 ครั้ง ก่อนเวลาเรียน 2 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไป และสามารถจองเรียนในวันอื่นได้ โดยไม่กระทบกับจำนวนครั้งเรียน แต่ถ้าหากยกเลิก 2 ครั้ง ทุกการยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนเวลาเรียน 2 ครั้ง จะนับว่าใช้ครั้งเรียนไป 1 ครั้ง
ไม่สามารถจองเรียนได้ในช่วงวันคริสต์มาส (24-25 ธ.ค.) ช่วงวันหยุดสิ้นปี (29 ธ.ค. - 3 ม.ค.) และในวันหยุดราชการของประเทศฟิลิปปินส์
ประมาณวันที่ 20 ของทุกเดือน จะมีการประกาศวันหยุดของโรงเรียนในเดือนถัดไปให้ทราบภายในหน้าสมาชิก
ชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิตผ่าน PayPal เนื่องจากเป็นวิธีที่สามารถยืนยันการชำระเงินได้แม้เป็นวันหยุด จึงสามารถเริ่มเรียนได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
