ACADEMIC INTEREST PRESENTATIONSAttend a presentation given by a program representative for specific majors offered at USF. Each presentation will be offered twice, giving you the opportunity to explore more than one program.
UNIVERSITY SHOWCASE We have gathered numerous campus departments and student organizations in one location for you to talk with a representative one-on-one to discover how they can assist you as a USF student or how your participation might enrich your learning experience.
SPECIAL INTEREST SESSIONSAFTER ADMISSION: NEXT STEPS TO BECOMING A BULL Learn how to complete your enrollment and connect with campus. An admissions team member will walk you through your next steps to officially becoming a USF Bull!
FINANCIAL AID & SCHOLARSHIPS How to finance a college education is often one of the most important topics for students and families. This session will provide you with information about scholarship opportunities, how to apply for financial aid, and the best timeline to follow when applying for these awards.
THE HOUSING & RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE Join us to learn more about the how the residential experience at USF contributes to student success. We’ll discuss Living Learning Communities, Academic Initiatives, the application process, and what the advantages are to each style of housing.
SSS AT USF This presentation is for students admitted into the Student Support Services (SSS) program. Learn more about the program, what your next steps are, and how this program can contribute to your academic success at USF.
THE FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE FOR SCIENCE MAJORS Join the College of Arts & Sciences First-Year Science Academic Coaches to learn about the unique student experience for those pursuing a degree in the sciences (biology, chemistry, geosciences, math, physics, etc.). This session will tackle common misconceptions and provide insight into what students can really expect during their first year!
SUMMER ACE AT USFLearn more about the Academic and Cultural Engagement program (ACE) which is designed to support students successfully transitioning to USF. Through this session, students will learn about the leadership development opportunities, specialized courses, and study away experiences available to them by starting this engaging, cohort program. With limited seats available to traditional Summer Term students, students admitted into ACE are highly encouraged to attend. (This session is only offered at 1:00 PM).
ONGOING ACTIVITIESCAMPUS TOUR AND JUNIPER-POPLAR RESIDENCE HALL Come enjoy a walking tour of USF’s campus where you can see the Recreation Center, Library, Juniper-Poplar Residence Hall and many aspects of campus. Tours are given by our USF Green & Gold Guides and depart as groups assemble. Tours last approximately one hour; the last tour will depart at 2:30 PM.
NORTH RESIDENTIAL AREA TOUR Learn more about living on campus and tour three types of residential communities available to students. This walking tour will last approximately one hour and will be given by current USF students; the last tour will depart at 2:30 PM.
