Sourcing  pipelining  succeeds  when:  •  You  have  a  defined  set  of  candidate  profiles  that  correspond  to  

recurring  requisi;ons  so  sourcing  efforts  can  scale  •  The  online  and  phone  sourcing  responsibili;es  are  clear  (handoff  

points,  metrics,  etc.)  •  Outreach  is  crea;ve  and  consistent  (webinars,  email  cadence,  

phone  touches,  social  media,  etc.)  all  reinforcing  a  core  recruitment  brand,  personalized  as  much  as  possible  

•  You  leverage  exis;ng  and  new  talent  pools  (silver  medalists,  expanded  network  for  employee  referrals,  user  communi;es,  diversity)

A  big  challenge  with  pipelining  is  jus;fying  your  existence.  I’ve  been  successful  maintaining  a  pipeline  of  passive  cyber  security  professionals  since  2007.      In  order  to  fully  appreciate  a  passive  pipeline  model,  you  must  first  buy  into  a  fundamental  truth  that  passive  pipelining  goes  beyond  hiring  and  is  not  about  a  slate  of  candidates
