ELEVATOR HEAD ASSEMBLY

Norstar Bucket Elevators are designed to provide you with maximum throughput and long lasting performance for a wide variety of bulk material handling applications. At Norstar we build to fit your application and meet your specific needs. Our Bucket Elevators feature custom options including: multiple finishes, distributor models, fall protection and platforms.

ELEVATOR BOOT ASSEMBLY

• 3D CAD designed and assembled• Heavy-Duty structural frame• Threaded rod belt adjustment• Winged “easy clean” pulley• Heavy-Duty pillow block bearings• UHMW seals at shafts• Easy cleanout doors to minimize contact with concrete

Combined belt alignment, belt speed, continuous bearing temperature, pulley alignment and plug condition monitor

1 Bearing and Surface Temperature Sensor fits into existing grease zerk fittings on a bearing and is fitted with a grease nipple to allow bearing lubrication without removing the sensor.

2 Speed Switch provides alarm and shutdown signals at 10% and 20% underspeed.

3 Plug Sensor detects level or plug situations for bulk granular solids.

4 Belt Alignment Sensor detects tracking and misalignment problems on belts.
