Born with a great love to art, Lea started painting at a very young age. At 16she was introduced to oil colors at her first art class, and it has been her favorite technique ever since.

Lea continued her art studies to earn a degree in Architecture, gaining there most of her technical knowledge. After graduation she continued studying art, taking lessons from well known painters and illustrators.

The artistic language of Lea is reminiscent of surrealistic and naive art, compound of figurative and abstract approaches to painting. Using mostly oil colors to create a fluid and dynamic atmosphere, she sometimes chooses to render subtle momentary sketches, reminiscent of watercolor paintings.

The unique quality attributed to Leas works is the ability to tell the entire story behind a single captured moment. , , , .
