2. Specific international cooperation actions (special rule)
The minimum number of participants shall be 4 independent legal entities of which:

• at least 2 are established in two different International Cooperation Partner Countries

Aims: • Improved access to FP7 by scientists from INCO countries• Improved networking between European and INCO scientists for
joint FP7 projects
Tasks:
• Improved efficiency of Information Contact Points (ICPs) in INCO countries; FOOD ICPs from INCO-countries will be supported and trained
• Building of a sustainable network between National Contact Points (NCPs) in Europe and ICPs in INCO countries
• Presentation and mapping of research activities in INCO countries => EU projects can find the right partners in INCO-countries => Database with research profiles of research institutions outside Europe: www.food-n-co.net
