of established managers and individuals. DDp amps up your

boosting you to new heights.
Why? on graduation from DDp you will have learnt how
to bring out the best in people, with your broader network
and perspective of the company. DDp positions you to
cleverly handle tough and complex situations as they arise.

well-respected manager with a full range of skills and
experiences. Your next development step will be to consider

How? DDp is comprised of the following modules along-
side personal development coaching:
Building Self-awareness: 360 Feedback and assessment
Center feedback on people management competencies
Building Skills: Flexible and remote management, innovation
& change management, influencing, Managing managers,
and team building and team leadership.
Building experience: international projects
with periodic reviews.
Building a Career: new positions or assign-

Why? as a people manager or individual contributor, the
