1. Validity:

Our prices and quotation are open for acceptance for a period of up to 30 days. Unit prices will not apply to

future work on this project. Any additional hardware requirements will be re-quoted at prices in effect at the timeof ordering.

3. Payment Terms:

Invoices will be issued and payment required for any partial shipments. Holding payment or parts thereof is notacceptable. In case of shortage or material received damaged, the value of that portion only may be put on holduntil the completion of delivery and or replacement of damaged parts.

6. Changes or Cancellations:

Changes or cancellations to an order must be in writing and may result in additional charges for labour and/ormaterials. Changes may result in a delay in the scheduled ship date of the whole order. Changes or deletions

resulting in an order size of less than our quotation are subject to a change in price. Orders for special or non-standard items may not be cancelled. Once an order is placed with the factory it may not be changed orcancelled.

10. Claims:

Claims for shortages and/or incorrectly filled orders must be filed within 10 days of receipt of material. Noreturned goods will be accepted without written authorization and final acceptance by Buildtech Trading and

Building Materials Co.. Product considered to be defective shall be returned for examination. After a thouroughexamination, replacement or credit for products determined to be defective will be initiated.

7. Freight Policy:

All goods are shipped Ex-factory unless otherwise agreed upon and become the customers property when theypass into the hands of the transportation company. Claims for damaged material or shortages must be madedirect to the transportation company. Unloading of trucks at jobsite demurrage and storage charges are notincluded.

9. Storage:

Our prices allow for materials to be stored for a maximum period of one week after being received from themanufacturer. Should it be necessary to hold the materials longer than this period for any reason beyond ourcontrol, then we reserve the right to charge for this additional storage and for any associated handling andinsurance cost up to the time of actual delivery date. A warehousing fee of two percent (2%) of the materialvalue will be char ed er month.

8. Delivery:

Shipping dates of orders are based on estimates of availability of products and receipt of all required informationand approved schedules. (hardware schedule, keying schedule etc.) Specific scheduled dates are not guaranteedby Buildtech Trading and Building Materials Co. because of the nature of product, labor and availability of 

material from manufacturers that are beyond our control. Buildtech Trading and Building Materials Co. will not beliable for back charges incurred based on availability of product in accordance with estimated ship dates.Signature by the receiving personnel at client's site is considered sufficient to process payment

2. Currency Exchange Rate:

The prices in our quotation are based on the current currency exchange rates and are subject to change if thereis a dramatic increase in the exchange rates at the time of placing order.

4. Samples for Approval:

Buildtech Trading and Building Materials Co. will provide technical submittals upon receipt of your purchase

order. If physical samples are required for approval, they must be ordered separately at the same unit pricesmentioned in the original quotation. A credit note will be issued for the value of the samples if the samples arereturned in good and saleable condition within 60 days.

5. Returning of Material:

All material returns must have prior written approval, must be shipped prepaid and will be subjected to aminimum restocking charge of 35% for unopened stock product and must be received in mint condition within aperiod of one month from date of shipment. Non-stock and electrical materials are not returnable. It is the policyof the company not to accept returns of any materials that are correctly supplied as per the customer order.

11. Material Warranty

Warranties will be supplied based on the Manufacturer's Standard Warranty.
