From the BSBPA President

My first article to the readers of the BSBPA newsletter and a great time to tell those who missed the An-

nual Meeting/ Community Mixer that it was great evening of information and an opportunity to network

with residents and gain potential new business opportunities—and best of all, make new friends. My

message is simple—build friendships and business will follow. Opportunity in our community is what

you make of it. My greatest accomplishments of the last 25 years in Ballston Spa are the friendships I

have made through my participation in great civic organizations and volunteer organizations such as the BSBPA. My

goals as president are to increase the resident membership, to maximize your membership dollars and to build upon

the success the BSBPA has developed through our events and fundraisers, which have become signature pieces of

this great community in which we choose to live, do business and prosper in. I expect in the next few months I will

be around to many business and organizations spreading the word of the good things that can come from being a part

of the BSBPA.

Your Friend and President,

Jim Whittredge
