Tony and Angela LoBianco transplanted themselves, along withtheir four children, from New York City in the early 70’s. That is whenTony entered the foodservice industry in Ulster County, where the rst

Angela’s Pizza & Pasta was opened. Hailing originally from Sicily, it

was a natural progression for Tony to take up Italian cuisine. All he hadto do was cook like his Mom and show that good ole Italianhospitality. The LoBianco’s eventually opened up a total of 14restaurants spanning from the Mid-Hudson Valley to the Adirondackregion. They currently own and operate four restaurants along withtwo of their children, Joey and Angela. The oldest and longest runningin the group, Angela’s Italian Family Restaurant, which is located onRt. 32 in the Town of Catskill, has been open for the last 28 years. Thiswas the Family’s rst full service restaurant where breakfast, lunch and

dinner is served.

In 1994 Angela’s Pizza & Pasta in Hudson, New York, wasformed in the Fairview Plaza. Everyone has a favorite shoppingcenter pizza joint. Angela’s Hudson is just that place forColumbia County.

Next, in 1995, the LoBianco’s took a slight turn o the Italianroad and went into the brewing business with the opening of

The Hyde Park Brewing Company located in Hyde Park directlyopposite the Franklin D. Roosevelt home and library. The HydePark Brewery has long been a staple in Dutchess County, servingWorld Class Handcrafted Ales and Lagers along with some prettyawesome pub grub. The Brewery, as it is aectionately called, is tothis day, still the only Micro-brewery in Dutchess County

In 2005 the Family took on the project of resurrecting the“famous” Skytop Steakhouse in Kingston, New York. The SkytopSteakhouse started as a Brewpub as well, but as of January 2011, thebrewing equipment was removed to make room for additional diningspace to accommodate the growing banquet business.
