Florence and the Machines

Different font used to the album name, for emphasis of the artist. Black border brings out the image and makes it stand out.

Album name put on the lung prop used in the image. The font used is simple then the artist’s name at the top, this could connote simplicity of music. This symbolism, makes the cover more meaningful as it could relate to Florence’s vocals.

The colours compliment one another, which makes Florence stand out in the clothing she is wearing. The wash out colours are conventional to an indie genre, also the birds used in the background can relate to singing. Florence’s cover is atmospheric and fresh, due to the calm colours used.
