Results of laboratory tests before and after treatment of wastewater is
7.52 and 7.94. It shows even if the pH value rises after wastewater treatment, but the pH value is in the quality standards and shows that the waste water is alkaline, so it is still safe if discharged into the environment.

1. Based on observations in the field, officers wastewater treatment Banjarbaru Hospital just one person.
2. In performing its duties well in the treatment of wastewater and solid waste officers do not use appropriate PPE ISO standard.
Conclusion
Application of K3 in hospital waste management Banjarbaru not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Republic of Indonesia Number PER.08 / MEN / VII / 2010 due PPE provided tools do not meet the standards of ISO.
Suggestions
The writer suggests is that the government and Banjarbaru Hospital managers should pay more attention K3 and APD of the clerk processing both liquid and solid waste because a little mistake could be harmful to death in the officer
