Teach DoD/DoHS and Civilian airlift users
To plan, prepare, deploy, and redeploy by air quickly, efficiently, and safely with minimal Air Mobility Command assistance

To establish a liaison between airlift managers and the using agencies to optimize airlift planning and utilization.Get the most out of each aircraft.
