Kappa Delta Pi iLead Conference is a new national event to help members learn to be better teacher-leaders. Offered as a two-day interactive institute for individual growth and development, it is also a chance to connect with other KDP members. Participants will take part in small and large group activities designed to help them learn about how transformational leadership works for educators and how to create and implement a vision. Members will learn practical leadership skills and increase their capacity for making a difference in the lives of their students, their school building, and education overall.
