EXHIBITIONSWednesday 9th September -Thursday 8th October 2015Steven Tupper presents
DEPENDENCYMy work often consists of expressive mark making, using a variety of mixed media materials. I find this way of working interesting because of the unpredictable effects mixed media can create, in relation to producing expressive art relative to the perhaps highly emotional subject of drug and alcohol abuse. I often find that we have generally ignored the effects and causes of addiction, and the impact it can have on a society that we live in. It saddens me, it depresses me, it concerns me. My aim is to help people understand what I saw and learned throughout this horrific interactive experience.
Our Exhibitions are free and open to all. The Gallery space is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10am - 4pm.
