Home Serve was started on 7th February 2012 with the experience
and insights gained Viveks retail division and Viveks Service Centre.
Home Serve is a one point service solution for repairs and
maintenance. The core services are Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing,
Consumer Durables and Kitchen Appliances repairs. Home Serve
also provides Value Added Services like Recharge for DTH and
Mobiles, Door Delivery of Accessories, Safe Disposal of E-Waste and
Attractive Exchange O�ers for Purchase of New Consumer Durables
and Kitchen Appliances.
Our consumers are mainly working professionals and the
home-maker, who face the challenge of servicing their products. Our
back-end and field-sta� are sensitized to keeping the customer’s
dilemma in mind and understanding their problems, however small it
may be.

Vijay has more than 9 years of business experience. Under his extraordinary leadership, Viveks Service Centre and Home Serve have
emerged into distinguished service centres. Vijay embarked on his journey with a small vision; today his success story is remarkable
in many ways. His journey has been manifested by his multiple ambitious and entrepreneurial ventures. This has not only enabled
Home Serve to achieve various milestones but also resulted in creation of a robust business model which is contributing towards
building the service sector.
Vaishnavi, a Msc. Graduate from Manchester business School, UK, joined Home Serve in 2012. Vaishnavi started her career by
learning the intricacies of Marketing and Customer Care. Accumulating experience right from the base level, she innovates new
strategies to increase the reach of Home Serve. Vaishnavi also looks after the brand development.
Vijayakumar has a vast experience of 11 years in the field of Sales and Service. He has worked with various companies like Dish TV,
Cosmic Info Systems, IDBI and Viveks Service Centre. He is involved in ensuring that every customer is provided with world-class
service, coupled with great vigour and hard work. He has not only contributed to customer retention but also to a large base of happy
customers .

i Prabhu has gained rich experience of 8 years in Marketing. He has worked with Essar Communications, Subhiksha and multiple retail
chains. He joined Home Serve in 2012 and plays a key role in increasing the sales of the business. He is also involved in
implementation of marketing strategies to increase the visibility of Home Serve.

Shanthi has 26 years of experience in the field of Management Information Systems and Customer Care from organizations like Air
India, Scope International, Ajuba Solutions and various other organizations. She has been working with Home Serve since 2012 and
is heading the Customer Care team. Her proactive and personalized approach has largely contributed to a satisfied customer base.

Shruthi started as a product executive in Consim Info Private Limited and is currently managing the complete digital marketing
activities for Home Serve since 2012. She was instrumental in developing our online network and is keen in building engaging
communication strategies across all digital platforms.
