Kayla is 7 years old. Some of her favorites are the colorpurple, eating salads, cheerleading, and math. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up. Her favorite quote: “You can do it!”

Jeremiah is 11. He likeschicken wings, the colors blueand green, football and math. When he grows up, he wants to be a professional football player. His favorite quote: “I have a dream.”

Your contributions will support our youth in one of our A�erschool, Healthy Living or

Youth Sports programs. Examples include:

$25 supports 1 child per dayin an afterschool program.

$50 supports 1 child at 1 sports clinic, which includes coaching and equipment.

$125 supports 1 child for 1 afterschool week.

$150 supports 1 child for 3 sports clinics.

$375 supports 1 child for a typical7 to 8 spring or summer sports clinic series.

$500 supports 1 child for 1 month ofafterschool or the average cost of 1 Healthy

Living event that targets at-risk children, their familes and communities.

$750 supports 1 child for both aspring and summer sports clinic series.

$1000 supports 1 childfor a summer in an afterschool program.

$2000 supports 1 child for half a school year in an afterschool program.

$4000 supports 1 childfor one regular 9-month school year

in an afterschool program.

$5000 supports 1 child for12 months in an afterschool program.

$10,000 supports 1 child in 12 months of afterschool, plus 5 children for spring and summer sports clinic series, as well as 2.5

Healthy Living events with targeted outreachto at-risk kids, families and communities.
