TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLANNING YOUR WEDDINGWe would request that you arrange a series of meetings
with the management of the hotel to discuss all details of
your wedding from beginning to end. The final meeting will
be with the General Manager or someone deputising on his
behalf.
FINAL DETAILSFinal numbers for your meal must be given 5 days before
your wedding day. These numbers will be charged for on the
day, except in the event of an increase of numbers. Then you
will be charged accordingly. Final details regarding menus,
wine, evening reception, Arrival times and meal times are
required four weeks prior to date.
BAR EXTENSIONA bar extension is included in your package.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONSWe do not accept responsibility for any cards or gifts left in

MIDWEEK WEDDINGSFor those who wish to have a Mid–Week Wedding Reception,

entertainment, however we have included a list of
recommended bands, bed and breakfasts, photographers,
chauffeur services and disk jockeys for your convenience.
