Create Rating Method
1. Go to ‘Performance Evaluation’ >>
‘Administration’ >> ‘Rating Method’
2. Click ‘New ‘ to enter a new rating method
3. Enter relevant details 4. Save data

Create Rating Items for the Rating Method
1. After saving rating method click ‘View/Edit Rating Method
Items’ link
2. Select the
grading method
3. Enter the
number of rating
items are in the rating
method
4. Click on ‘Generate
Rating Method Items’
5. Click ‘Edit’ to edit the
item
6. Enter data
7. Save edited details
8. Save changes made to all rating
items

By default proficiency level 1- 6 is defined in the system at the time of setup.

2. Click ‘New ‘ to enter a competency
