She was promoted to Assistant Athletics Direc-tor/SWA in 2003 and moved out of the Training Room and into the Compliance Office in 2004. She has held her current position as Senior Associate Athletics Director/SWA since July 2010.
Prior to her ar-rival at UTC, Her-ron was the Head Women’s Athletic Trainer at Florida Southern College. By joining the UTC Mocs Club, you are supporting over 300 UTC student-athletes in their pursuit of comprehensive academic and athletic excellence, and participating in the exciting journey of build-ing a strong athletics program.
So what does “joining” the UTC Mocs Club mean?
“Joining” the UTC Mocs Club means committing an annual unre-stricted gift to the Chattanooga Mocs at a level appropriate for you. Your annual membership gift supports Student-Athlete Scholar-ships and lets UTC Athletics attract and retain the best available student-athletes, coaches and staff. Your gift also supports travel and recruiting costs, equipment, operations and more.
Simply put, your gift is the difference that allows UTC to recruit the difference-makers that will separate the Mocs from our competitors in the Southern Conference and beyond.
As investors in Comprehensive Excellence, UTC Mocs Club donors receive priority seating for football, men’s basketball, and ticket ac-cess to marquee games and other post-season events, as well as invitations to special events. Refer to the Donor Levels & Benefits chart below to get information about the different donor levels and associated benefits.
Over 300 dedicated Mocs proudly comprise “Chattanooga’s Team.” You are invited to honor their hard work and loyalty by joining the UTC Mocs Club soon.

MOCs radiO netWOrK Fans and football enthusiasts can listen to the crystal-clear au-dio broadcast of each Chattanooga Mocs football game on the Home of the Mocs, ESPN Radio 105.1 WALV FM. All games will also broadcast online at www.GoMocs.com. All broadcasts begin one hour prior to kickoff and are followed by a comprehensive postgame show which features a game recap, sta-tistics and interviews with head coach Russ Huesman and Mocs players. The radio broadcast team of Jim Reynolds and Todd Agne, together for their 16th season of Mocs’ Foot-ball, will bring fans all 11 regular-season games. Reynolds is the Dean of Southern Conference broadcasters. His exper-tise is play-by-play announcing, and he returns for his 33rd season behind the microphone at Chattanooga football games. The Chicago native is one of the hosts of the city’s popular radio talk show, “The Morning Press,” on WGOW 102.3 FM. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications in 1977 from Illinois State, he began his career at WAKC-AM Radio in Bloomington, Ill., where he served as the play-by-play announcer for the Illinois Wesleyan football and basketball teams. He also worked at Bloomington station WRBA where he did some play-by-play for Illinois State football and basketball. Reynolds also spent time as the play-by-play announcer for the Univer-sity of Illinois basketball team while working with BRO-MAR Sports Net-work in Chicago. Currently, he is also the play-by-play voice for Mocs basketball games. Agne joins Reynolds to add color analysis, features and commentary, and a national scoreboard update to the broadcast. Agne, who attended Marshall University, has spent parts of the past 25 years covering Southern Conference athletics for radio, print and television in four different media markets. He enters his 16th season with the football broadcast team. Will Poindexter, the current color analyst for the Chattanooga Lookouts, returns to the team for his sixth sea-son as the sideline reporter.
