rooklyn Pizza & Pasta began in 2005 when three

paesanos that grew up together in Brooklyn, NY

decided forty years later that they wanted to

bring a taste of the old neighborhood to Viera, FL.

In 2012, current owners Jeff & Robin Orlando

took over after discovering what a great place Viera

is to live & raise a family.

Jeff is a graduate of the International School of

Pizza, with certifications from the Scuola Italiana

Pizzaioli. His training instilled a deep respect for

the tradition, craftsmanship, & skill of true

pizzaiolos that never take shortcuts or sacrifice

quality. Special attention is given to avoid

preservatives, fillers, anti-caking agents, msg,

antibiotics, hormones, artificial flavorings & dyes.

Our goal at Brooklyn Pizza & Pasta is to serve

great, desirable food made with the highest

quality ingredients prepared fresh daily and

cooked to order with superb service in a

family-friendly atmosphere.
