did the exhibitors & visitors see the show
“Key profiles for us at FHA2016 were industrial
grade food manufacturers, R & D labs and huge
central kitchens, whom we met at the show! It was a
great networking event with our customer base
from Indonesia and Malaysia!”
Hidehiro Kajiwara, Kajiwara Inc.
“FHA always helps us in successfully creating the
first touch point with our potential customers and
FHA2016 was again successful for us in
generating great leads!”
Dean Ng, Aalst Chocolate
“We seek to educate the regional markets with our
new bread and artisan bakery varieties through
FHA and particularly this year has been exciting
since our products received a lot of interest from
Indonesia, Thailand, India and Vietnam. FHA is
truly international!”
David Tan Lye Hock, PAR International
“As our company becomes a regional player, FHA
is the perfect event to reach out to new markets
such as Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam,
especially to meet new project owners in these
countries whose projects will be operational in
next two years. I always appreciated seeing
hoteliers / restaurateurs visiting FHA to
understand and update with upcoming F & B
technologies and FFE for their projects. I am
looking forward to participating at FHA2018!”
CB Tan, Sia Huat
“At FHA2016 our new product lines received great
reception, with ‘Bullet Roaster’ stealing the
limelight. Delighted to see buyers from Malaysia
and Vietnam loving the show and our solutions!
Looking forward!”
Ross Bright, Spinelli
“SMF prides itself on its capacity to facilitate businesses in expanding their international footprint.
Food&HotelAsia is a fantastic platform for all players of the F&B and hospitality industry around the
world to converge. Singapore is well-poised to tap into the growing trend where more Asian consumers
now look into quality and innovative products. We are therefore pleased to have once again led the
FHA2016 Singapore Pavilion which saw more than 100 Singapore companies joining us to showcase a
range of home-grown, innovative products.” Lam Joon Khoi, Singapore Manufacturing Federation
“Absolutely happy with the show as we realised
our objectives – meeting existing and potential
new customers! As for the continued perfor-
mance and growth for New Zealand’s firms in this
sector, FHA is a must go show for us!”
Tony Robinson, New Zealand Trade & Enterprise
“There is a lot of advanced and new technology in
many new equipment. This show saves time not
having to travel to many countries instead. Best
show as compared to other food shows I have
attended. This is also a very important event for my
company which purchases kitchen equipment for
many restaurant owners.
G. Unnikrishna Pillai, S.G. Equipments andMachines Pvt. Ltd., India
“I always visit FHA as there are many new things to
see each edition. It is a good platform for me to
learn more about the market and to meet my
business partners such as Dolphin, Scotsman and
Sirman. This year, I am pleased to have met new
suppliers at the show and will be bringing new
products to distribute in Vietnam.”
Tran Van Tien, Hung Thinh Phat, Vietnam
“I have been a regular visitor for the past years.
Great experience, seeing many different brands
& products showcased - great potential for
restaurant owners to improve their equipment.”
M. Sabir Mappakaya, AMUZ Gourmet Restaurant, Indonesia
“This show is better than the last as I saw more
manufacturer representatives present (and not
just represented by their local agents). This is
especially important as we have projects all
round the world. This shows that the manufac-
turers are giving a lot of weightage to this event. I
plan to have more members of team visit
FHA2018. ”
Pastry Lai, Hospitality Purchasing GroupHK Ltd, Hong Kong
“I have been to so many hospitality industry-related
exhibitions in the world and I believe that FHA
expanded its wings to serve its visitors with more
ventures and supporting the industry in every
means and has come to another level in a better
way by becoming a giant in its kind”.
Mr Amodya Alwis, Jayasara Enterprises (PVT) LTD,
Sri Lanka
“The Association of Purchasing Managers of Hotels
and Restaurants of the Philippines has always been
a loyal patron of FHA since the early years of its
establishment. We are excited that the show is
expanding in 2018! With HotelAsia at another
venue, it will be more focused and convenient when
we are sourcing for equipment. We will pre-plan
our trip and spend an equal amount of time at each
venue.”
Gene Rono, Association Of Purchasing Managers Hotels And Restaurants of The Philippines
