Honey, roll over!

Why do we snore?

Snoring is a common phenomenon that occurs more frequently with increasing age. By the age of 60, approximately 60% of men and about 40% of women will snore.

During sleep the muscles relax. When lying on your back, your tongue and the soft palate fall backwards, this narrows and partially closes the upper airways. As a result the soft tissue structures of the pharynx, palate and tongue vibrate and flutter while breathing. Snoring can be intensified by having a cold, allergic reactions, as medication side effects or from the consumption of alcohol and cigarettes.

Snoring health risks

Snoring is not only a heavy burden on partnerships it may cause serious health problems. Chronic snorers feel beaten down, tired, exhausted, nervous, irritable and often show a lack of concentration and decreased libido. Longer term risks of chronic snoring are headaches, dizziness, car-diovascular diseases, heart and lung diseases, an increased risk for strokes and heart attacks as well as the development of metabolic disorders and an obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)*).

New research has discovered that getting someone to stop snoring does NOT require you to roll them completely over to their side. Snoring stops if you simply “roll” their head to the side.

The GOODNITE™ pillow continuously monitors your sleeping sounds and the position of your head on the pillow. When snoring is detected, it turns your head automatically to the side. This increases the distance between your tongue and throat to improve breathing. Snoring stops because the airway is widened. The pillow then stops adjusting your head.

The GOODNITE™ pillow only becomes active when the integrated microphone detects snoring. It then inflates the corresponding air chamber inside the pillow to turn the head gently to the side until snoring stops.

The real genius of the GOODNITE™ pillow is its proprietary algorithm software. The software recognizes that you are snoring, knows exactly where your head is, and therefore which air bag(s) to inflate to make you stop. It inflates the correct airbag gently and quietly, so that you do not wake up. If that does not stop you from snoring, it inflates additional air bags to increase the rotation of your head.

Should I consider the GOODNITE™ Pillow?

The GOODNITE™ pillow can improve the sleep of anyone (and their partners) who has regular, audible snoring. It is designed to detect the sound of snoring.

If you have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, this pillow is not for you. Since sleep apnea is when you stop breathing, by definition there is no sound. The pillow, therefore, will not adjust your head to help you breath better during sleep.

Please note, the pillow will not stop you from snoring. The goal of the GOODNITE™ pillow is to stop you from continuing to snore. It adjusts your head before you or your partner wake up from the sound, thus im-proving the quality of your sleep.

How much do I snore?Download the APP

If you are unsure how often you actually snore, download the “Nitelink” APP. It’s FREE and it allows you to monitor yourself before you start using the GOODNITE™ pillow. The APP will also allow you to see for yourself if your snoring has improved.

Do I need to plug it in?

Yes. The GOODNITE™ pillow needs to be plugged into a standard wall plug. The pillow is comprised of three main parts. The pillow itself, an air hose and a small compressor that creates the inflation.

The hose and compressor can be placed discretely behind or under the bed. The compressor is virtually silent and should not disturb your sleep when it activates.

Is it comfortable?

Yes. Although the GOODNITE™ pillow has many advanced layers of construction, its outmost layer is designed for comfort.

It also has an ergonomic design to help promote good sleeping posture and spinal health.

Does it actually work?

YES. The GOODNITE™ pillow has been researched and tested in both laboratory and home environments to assure its efficacy. To date the GOODNITE™ pillow has never been returned because it did not work. We suggest downloading the APP before using the pillow, so you have a proper benchmark on how much you snore without the pillow.

Your snoring should significantly improve from the first night that you use the GOODNITE™ pillow. We are so confident, we offer a 30 night success guarantee. You have 30 nights to test the results for yourself. If you do not achieve the results you wanted, simply return it for a full refund.
