It is with great pleasure that we present a highlight of
Zycron’s activities in our 2012 Annual Report.
Because of the value of our services, our competitive
pricing, the service of our dedicated employees and our
client partnerships, Zycron’s revenues have increased
123 percent in the last five years and in 2012 topped $40
million for the first time in company history. Another
culmination of Zycron’s success in 2012 is the relocation
of our headquarters to a new 11,300-square-foot facility.
The new location not only offers more square footage
for the employees working in the corporate office, it
also lends itself to host employee and community training
for career advancement. We would like to thank our
customers, who have given us an opportunity to build
fruitful, long-term relationships that have propelled
Zycron’s success and created a solid foundation for
Zycron for more than 21 years.
We also offer an equal thanks to the Zycron team and
the services they provide. This year’s report is a salute
to our many departments and teams, who are the critical
elements to Zycron’s success. We will highlight the
progress and performance throughout the fiscal year
which ended December 31, 2012.

Throughout our 21-year history, Zycron has made it a priority to
intimately understand our customers’ environment, company
culture and expectations. In 2012, the Zycron sales team
added more than seven new customers, expanding our roster
of world-class clientele, which today includes five companies
in the Global 500 and many of the nation’s powerhouses in
the public and private sectors.
Zycron has assembled a delivery team for each customer,
composed of the critical ingredients that have always
guaranteed our success: a customer-focused approach that
is positive, hands-on, and supported by our five-step delivery
methodology; a multilayered account management team
that brings more than 125 years of combined experience
in IT staffing; and knowledge of and experience with the
IT personnel we currently have on projects and those who
are awaiting their next assignment.

Over the past year, we’ve fortified ourworld-class client roster with

ZLAZycron Latin America (ZLA) offers American firms
offshore IT services at CMMI Level 5 competency,
the highest rating of an organization’s software
development processes, while minimizing costs.
ZLA is a joint venture between Zycron, Inc., and
Productora de Software Latin America (PSL), a
world-renowned software provider. PSL was the
eighth company in the world to achieve CMMI Level 5
status, was the first and only Latin American firm to
achieve SW-CMMI Level 5 in 2002, and became
the first IT company in the region to obtain ISO
9001:1994 and ISO 9001:2000 certification.
We united Zycron’s strength as one of the best IT
services firms in the U.S. with the credentials of one
of the world’s best software development companies.
Employing more than 450 professionals worldwide,
ZLA has five offices strategically located in the
United States as well as four low-cost operations
centers located across Latin America and Spain.

Staying true to Zycron’s original vision of consistently
delivering highly experienced, cost-competitive
resources, our recruiting team placed 249 consultants
in 2012. Our team of 12 full-time recruiters utilizes a
finely tuned recruiting and placement process that
enables us to respond quickly to any staffing request,
regardless of size or position level, and to provide
resources that meet the critical demands of our
customers’ IT organizations.
We require candidates to meet the highest standards
of business ethics, employee safety and confidentiality,
and we ensure that all assigned personnel are aware
of and in compliance with customer requirements.
Our objective is to always provide the right type of
resource for each position, and we use a proprietary
database of candidates to identify the perfect match.
Because we fully qualify our resources, we experience
a minimum of attrition and minimize the time, effort and
administration our customers must expend in identifying,
acquiring, managing and invoicing contract labor.

Since our inception, it has been a priority to create
an attractive work environment for our employees
through quality assignment options, competitive
salaries and excellent benefits. But most important,
we aim to promote a culture in which our employees
can enjoy ongoing professional development and
advance their careers.
Our ability to hire high-quality resources and our
commitment to treat them well have led to a low 6
percent annual attrition rate, a key indicator of the
strength of our team to qualify and appropriately
place resources. We believe employee retention is
the result of deliberate attention to our consultants
as people first.
We salute the members of our team, who are
an extension of our corporate commitment to
customer service.

FOOTPRINTSince 1991, Zycron has extended its coverage nationwide and to Latin
America, in support of our growing client base. Our headquarters is
located in Nashville, Tenn., and we maintain four regional offices. We

have two regional offices in Tennessee, located in Chattanooga and
Memphis, one regional office in Colorado and one in Texas. Our regional
delivery managers provide a local support infrastructure that includes
recruiting and client management services. Zycron Latin America, which
provides clients with cost-effective rates and CMMI Level 5 competency,
has four low-cost development and operations facilities in Mexico City,
Mexico, and in Medell’n and Bogotˆ, Colombia.

Zycron’s human resources team takes the lead
in onboarding each consultant and manages
employee concerns that may arise throughout
each assignment. The HR team also focuses on
rewarding and recognizing employee achievement.
By providing competitive pay and strong benefits
and performing extensive validation checks, Zycron
is able to hold our costs to a minimum. Our turnover
rate at 6 percent is lower than the national average
(in high-tech), and it reduces the time and money
our customers must spend to train new consultants.
In a marketplace where candidates are increasingly
looking for strong benefits packages with health
insurance and a 401(k) plan, Zycron’s goal is to
always have benefits that attract and retain the
most talented, stable and happy individuals.

Using an award-winning project portfolio management
tool and adaptive delivery methodology, Zycron’s
nationally recognized IT Governance Practice helps
customers enable business innovation, improve
customer satisfaction and reduce business costs.
In 2012, Zycron became a strategic delivery partner
of Innotas, a leading provider of cloud solutions for IT
project portfolio management, resource management
and application portfolio management. As stated by
Innotas, by forming such partner relationships, our
customers have access to a complete solution that
enables them to successfully align their IT organizations
with their overall business strategy, and realize a
quicker return on investment for the enterprise.
Also in 2012, Zycron’s IT Governance Practice
Director Larry Wilson facilitated an eight-week,
reduced-rate training course to prepare students
for the Project Management Institute’s PMP
examination. Students who attended were from
various corporations, including Deloitte, Nissan,
Healthways and Zycron. Wilson is a 35-year veteran
in the IT industry and has a 100 percent success rate
of his students’ passing the PMI certification exam.GO

On August 12, Zycron gave away school supplies
during the third annual Back 2 School Fun Fair at
Winchester Elementary Schoolin Memphis, Tenn.
Zycron’s mission is to add value to our clients and provide
a great place for people to work. We also aim to be an
influential player in the communities in which we serve.
Having successful client engagements allows Zycron the
opportunity to give back and practice the idea of “doing
well while doing good.”
In 2012, the Zycron team contributed volunteer hours,
