This statistic provides the number of overflow caused by unavailable SDCCH resourcesin SDCCH attempts within the counting period. Send “Immediate Assignment Reject”message aiming for SDCCH from BSC to MS; when this message is used to reject morethan one channel requests, corresponding times (up to 4) must be counted based on theinformation therein.

The number of SDCCH overflow equals to the number of SDCCH seized requests plusthe number of TCH seized attempt failures while assigning signaling channel (includingTCH/F and TCH/H).
