Our method was inspired from the concepts and teachings of enrichment learning systems developed by Joseph Renzulli himself in the 1970s.

He believed that gifted and talented children needed to be challenged and approached differently in order to promote their growth and reach their potential.

However, we believe that all children need to be challenged and are gifted in their own ways; our company strives to bridge the gap in education caused by cultural rifts and income disparities.

Our company has slowly progressed from 25 mentors to over 100 fully committed mentors who enjoy working with students.

Our mentors are over the age of 18 which ensures the youthful energy needed to teach students in the after school program.

Majority of our mentors are bilingual, some come from ethnic backgrounds, and they all enjoy being a mentor to this generation of students.

By working with After School To Achieve, our mentors gain valuable experience in working with children, problem solving skills are enhanced,
