ABOUT EASYPOSEvery business needs a reliable partner to prosper and grow.
EasyPOS is a cloud based ERP system that helps local retail business reach the next level. EasyPOS aims to reduce daily operational cost and increase profits. It helps them keep track of their business on the go. Since it is a cloud-based system, owners will never have to worry about backing up your data.
EasyPOS is business agnostic since it can be integrated with any kind of firm ranging from a standalone salon to a large format electronic retail store. It also works on any platform including Mac, Windows (PC) and Android devices.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE:The objective of this project is to understand the demand of a product such as EasyPOS in the market and understand the specific requirements of the potential segment.

STEP 1: IDENTIFY TARGET GROUP Identify Retail Businesses in & around your locality where you
can go to conduct the survey. Target Retailers who provide “Printed Receipts” ONLY, or Retailers who
have a Desktop installed on their Cash Desks for Billing purposes.
Retail Businesses you can target are:• Electronics• Apparel & Footwear• Restaurants• Salon & Spa• Laundromats• Food & Beverages• Departmental Stores/ Grocery Stores

Meet The Owners / Decision Makers of the Target Stores First, Introduce Yourself:• Hi, I’m working for Zopper – India’s No. 1 Hyperlocal
Marketplace. Zopper has launched a new product called EasyPOS for Retail Stores like yours and we are conducting a Market Survey to understand the need & demand for the same.
• I would like to talk to you for 5 minutes to discuss this Product and ask a few questions for my survey.
INTRODUCE EASYPOS Give them the EasyPOS Hard Copy Brochure & use it to show &
explain the various product features & benefits. Open the following documents & website on your Phone/ Laptop and

You should go through the above Documents thoroughly, before meeting the retailers, to be able to understand & explain the product details effectively

employee and loyalty management for managing your retail business in well-defined manner.
The user interface of EasyPOS is simple to use and intuitive. Its well designed dashboard allows you to know how your business is doing and
how your employees are performing. EasyPOS offers different type of dashboards to different users based on their store type and requirements.
The reports including daily sales, no. of items sold, hourly sales, expense reports, inventory in hand, tax, top customers, employees sales target and many more are well designed and made instantly available.
You can add and configure any number of taxes and tax rates, and handle more than one store in EasyPOS.
You can set roles/permission based on the user type.

STEP 3: FILL THE MARKET SURVEY FORM Once the Retailer begins to show Interest,
Open up the Market Survey Form on your phone (Click here to See Sample Form). ― [Note: You will be required to download the “POI
Mapper” Mobile App on your phone to access & fill this Form]
Ask the Retailer for the details mentioned in the form Fill in the data in the appropriate fields Save & Upload the Form
What Next? Once you upload the Form, it reaches the Project Manager &
EasyPOS Team. The EasyPOS Team will then validate the details provided in the
Form and give their Approvals. Likewise, when you have gotten approvals for 10 Interested
Retailer Leads (i.e. Retailers who have said “Yes” to the
survey question, “Having heard about and understood the
Benefits of using EasyPOS, would you be interested in
purchasing this service within the next 1 week?”), you will have completed the project successfully!
