Michelle, Yesterday you requested me to go to http://pubgis.redwoodcity.org/gis/ and check out the front widths of homes in the neighborhood of 315‐317 Orchard Avenue. Attached is the data from neighborhood 332. Out of a total of 18 triplexes only 6 had front widths great than 100 feet. OR A TOTAL OF 66% OF NEIGHBORHOOD TRIPLEXES DID NOT MEET THE FRONT WIDTH REQUIREMENTS. These are highlighted in attached spread sheet. Let me know if you need any more info. Michelle, When we met yesterday, I gave you a list from the MLS of recent transactions for triplexes in RWC, with lot sizes less than 10,000 sq. ft. There were over 60 on this list. Attached is a more complete list from a title company. The first tab shows there are a total of 133 triplexes in RWC. The second tab shows that out of these 133 homes a total of 100 have lot sizes less than 10,000 sq. ft.! OR APPROX. 75% OF EXISTING TRIPLEXES IN RWC DO NOT MEET THE LOT SIZE REQUIREMENT! Dear Michelle, my name is Bruce Gwilliam I live @ 336 Orchard and i am totally adverse! to the Varianceapplication for V2014-03. This is already a over crowded street where parking is at a minimum as is alsoa huge eye sore. Once again i am against the Exemption and the fact that I have received notice lessthan a week before the hearing means that RWC is not giving the residents of this street a fair amountof time to respond. There are a lot of people on vacation now who live on this street who will not havetime to respond. Regards, Bruce Gwilliam
