partY policies catering menu • Reservations for parties are required. • $50 deposit due at reservation. • At least 50% of the total number of attendees

must play miniature golf or ride the zipline. • No smoking allowed in the party areas. • No alcoholic beverages allowed. • A service/cartage fee of $50-$75 will be added to

parties who plan on bringing their own food.

CATERING: • Orders must be made at least 48 hour in advance. • A 20% cash or check deposit must be made on all

orders over $100. • Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will

result in forfeiture of deposit. • Customer is responsible for entire order for can-

cellations less than 12 hours prior to event.DECORATIONS: • Party areas may be decorated 30 minutes prior to

designated party time. • Please no staples, nails or confetti. • Disposable helium tanks may not be left on the

premises. • All outside entertainment must be pre-approved

by Bay View Mini-Putt and Zipline management. • The party coordinator is responsible for any dam-

age or loss incurred to BVMPZ by any attending/invited guests or organizations contracted.

• BVMPZ is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen articles and personal belongings prior to, during or following the party.
