The GGAR MLS is excited to add a new feature to MLS Connect and launch it for Greater Greenville MLS members! MLS
Update allows a GGARMLS zipForm® user to open up a data input form from the GGAOR forms library, fill in the form,
get it signed and then click on a button in zipForm® to connect to Paragon® MLS and create a partial listing. This exciting
feature makes GGAR MLS members more efficient, eliminates redundant entry and reduces errors.
After the Data Input form is completed and signed a user simply clicks on the Upload Listing button which connects to
Paragon® MLS and creates a new partial listing!
In addition to the new MLS Update this enhancement to MLS Connect includes the ability to Single Sign On straight from
Paragon into zipForm® Plus from the main Paragon screen or from a subject listing!
New zipForm® Action icon on listings!
The first time you go to Resources/zipForms® in Paragon®; you will be required to enter your existing zipForm® Account
ID; or create a new one if you do not already have a zipForm® Account. After you complete this information as shown in
the screen below, zipForm® will log you in and from that point forward, this new Single-Sign-On (SSO) will automatically
log you into your ZipForm® Account without the need to re-enter your access credentials!
Notes regarding this new zipForms® interactive Data Input Form
All data input fields that are required to create a Partial Listing in Paragon®; are marked with a red blocked “P”. You have
the ability to complete all data input fields and then upload to Paragon® as a Partial Listing; but these are the only fields
that are required to successfully complete the upload into Paragon®.
When you click on a large Lookup value data field such as Subdivision; the easiest method to locate your Subdivision is
to click in the Subdivision list, then use your “mouse wheel: to quickly scroll to the required Subdivision. (Note: due to
the Paragon® systems “Matching Logic” that matches MLS Area to Subdivision that is not available at this time in the
zipForms® data input form; Subdivision can be entered on the zipForm® data input form for purposes of recording that
Subdivision on your form and if you chose; emailing to your client for their digital signatures. However when creating the
Partial Listing in Paragon®, “Subdivision” will not populate in Paragon® and you should choose it from within Paragon®
or when saving to a live MLS listing; the system will indicate that you must complete “Subdivision”. This will allow you
chose the correct MLS Area in Paragon® that you are accustomed to via Paragon’s® “Matching Logic”.
After considerable development between ZipLogix®, Black Knight®/Paragon®, and the GGAR MLS; the Greenville MLS is
the first MLS in the country to get this new Feature from zipForm® and we hope you enjoy this new method of having
your listings included in your Transactions within zipForms®! Our sincere thanks to ZipLogix® and Black Knight’s
integration efforts for this new Feature!
