    Higher grades through Peer Tutorial

While sophomore accountancy students almost burn all of their eyelashes for the 3 Financial Accounting subjects (the

hardest retention stage running for 2 semesters), Junior JPIAns

share some practical and useful techniques to grasp the lessons

easily. The tutorial also becomes a review on the part of junior

JPIAns for the auditing subjects for their fourth year. It runs for

the whole year and the project practically aims to deepen the

understanding of the subject in preparation for the CPALicensure Exams.

    Support to SC:

    Implementation of Uniform Schedules*

In the academe, especially in CBEA, the implementation of

the rules on the proper dress codes including the college uniform

has long been a dilemma. Hence, the SC tapped the academic

organizations as its implementing arms in ensuring that the

promulgated rules on wearing uniforms were strictly followed.

JPIA was straightforward in imposing the rules on wearing the

    Worksheets for SALE

In preparing accounting reports and studying transactions,

accountants and bookkeepers make use of the working paper,

otherwise known as the worksheet. It is sold at a very high

markup in the office supplies shops outside the school, which

added burden to students taking up basic accounting. To

properly address the problem, JPIA purchased pads of

worksheets at a wholesale price to sell it at a lower markupthrough the help of the faculty members holding classes in basic
