The teams A and B will be decided by the coin toss.

For a match of single map match type, the map choice must respect the

    following procedure:

-Team A removes one of the 5 maps

-Team B removes one of the 4 remaining maps

-Team B removes one of the 3 remaining maps

-Team A removes one of the 2 remaining maps

The match is played on the map which wasnt removed by the teams.

For a match in best-of-three games the map choice must respect the

    following procedure:

-Team A removes one of the 5 maps

-Team B removes one of the 4 remaining maps

-Team B chooses one of the 3 remaining maps

-Team A chooses one of the 2 remaining maps

The match is played on the two maps chosen by the teams and starts on

    the team B choice.

The last map will be used as third map if both teams win one map during

    the match.

*For the final match the map choice must respect the following procedure:

-Team A removes one of the 5 maps

-Team B removes one of the 4 remaining maps

-Team B chooses one of the 3 remaining maps

-Team A chooses one of the 2 remaining maps

The match is played on the two maps chosen by the teams and starts on

    the team B choice.

Now the second map is chosen by the losing team of the first round.

    DURING THE MATCH

If disconnection occurs during a match

    1. If all the players cannot play due to an unintended, unforeseen accidentsuch as server stoppage,

    - Before the 3rd round starts: restart the match

    - After the 3rd round starts: Disconnected player must re-connect to the server.

The round is continued by unpausing, and if the disconnected player cannot

connect to the server, all players must wait during the freeze time after the round

until the disconnected player connects to the server. At this time, the match may

continue by unpausing. (Not a restart)

    2. If up to 3 players are unintentionally disconnected the score for that roundis discarded. The game is paused after the round during the freeze time,

and all players wait until the disconnected players are connected to the

server. When all players are reconnected, the match may continue by

    unpausing the game.

    3. In the case of intentional disconnection, the referee may decide to end thematch with the offending team losing by forfeit.

    4. Protests can only be filed by the team leader (ie: a player that representsthe team)

  • 8/8/2019 Zero Limit Rule Book

    12/13

    - If a player does not agree to any rulings made, he/she can express his/her

protest to a referee before the completion of a match. Any intentional refusal to

connect to the match server can result in a default loss for that team with the

decision to be made at the sole discretion of the referee.

    5. If a rematch is decided by the head referee, the team that does not followthis decision will be subject to disqualification.

    Final provisions
