The contents of the brochure and itineraries are as accurate at the time of printing. However, amenities, schedules, taxes, visa feesmay change should circumstances so warrant. Tour prices aresubject to change should airfare and exchange rate alter or due toincreases or introduction of any tax or any surcharge levied by thesuppliers or airlines. Passengers will have to strictly follow touritinerary as per brochure or as per the amendments made by the tourmanager or local representative /guide. There will be no refund forany unutilized sections of the tour.
lt would be understood that a passenger has read andunderstood the itinerary, cost, payment schedule and terms &conditions of Zenith Leisure Holidays Ltd before signing the Tourregistration form and making payments towards the tour.
ln the event of a passenger traveling separately from the grouphe/she should reach on his own the hotel in appropriate place at timeand report to Zenith Leisure Holidays Tour Manager. There will be norefund in failure to do so or in case the passenger needs to leaveearly. Any separate transport arrangement other than with the groupwill have to be paid by the passenger separately.
In the event of a passenger not being allowed to board a flightwhere he was duly booked for whatever reason the passengercannot hold Zenith Leisure Holidays responsible' for same and any cancellation rebooking charges arising out of same will have to borneby the passenger. It is mandatory to report 2 hours prior to domesticflight departure and 3 hours prior to international flight departure.Zenith Leisure Holidays Ltd does not take any responsibility ifpassenger arrives late and is denied boarding.
Meals are pre-booked and preset; Unlike an airline it would not
be possible to provide a special meal or a special diet other than whatis mentioned in the brochure. There would be no refund if thepassenger chooses on their own not to take any meal.
The hotels provided on the tour are normally standard roomsunless a superior hotel quality is mentioned. Hotels have attachedbath & shower. Triple rooms are usually same size of a double roomwith an extra bed or mattress.
Most of the hotels have safe deposit lockers. You are advised tokeep your valuables in the safe deposit lockers. Also it is advised tokeep the passport tickets, foreign exchange and baggage safely. In the case of loss the consequential problems and cost will have to beborne by the passenger. Under no circumstances will Zenith LeisureHolidays be held responsible for any such losses whenever &however it may happen.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to hold valid documents toenter into a country such as passport, visa, health insurance,vaccination etc. Where Zenith Leisure Holidays needs to apply forany visa or other documents on behalf of the passenger he needs tofurnish all documents required by such authority. However ZenithLeisure Holidays will not be liable or responsible for refusal of it by theappropriate authority. Visa fees are non refundable
lt is advisable that the passenger should have adequateinsurance cover to secure their life, health and property; it is to benoted that Zenith Leisure Holidays under no circumstanceswhatsoever is liable to the passenger or any other person for anydeath, personal injury, accident loss of money or belongings, delay,discomfort, increase of expense, consequential loss or damage tobaggage, personal effects howsoever caused. In this condition theexpression "Howsoever Caused" includes willful negligence on thepart of any person”.

and on behalf of passengers. We do not own or control any aircraft,ship, hotels or coaches or cars or any other means of transportationor any other facility or service mentioned. We take care of contractingall the arrangements, hence we cannot be held responsible for any acts of omission or commission of any other party. Neither can we beheld responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
Any claim or complaint by the passenger must be noti?ed toZenith Leisure Holidays Ltd. in writing within 7 days of returning.Claims noti?ed to Zenith Leisure Holidays outside the period will notbe entertained and the Company shall incur no liability in respectthereof.Also the claim should be substantiated with evidence and forany de?ciency of services provided should be countersigned by thetour manager/local representative.
All claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours ofZenith Leisure Holidays Ltd are subject to Indian Law and Subject tothe Jurisdiction of Kolkata Courts only.
Groups of less than 15 passengers may be operated without anIndian tour escort; in such event local escorts at each city will beprovided.
All tours are subject to R.B.l. & G.O.l. rules and for BTQ passengers only.
All payments made within 7 days prior to tour departure date willhave to be paid in cash. The PAN card copy will be required whenpayments amounting Rs.25,000 or above are made by cash.
PAYMENTS:At the time of registration Rs 20,000 per person for internationaltours, Rs 10,000 for domestic tours. Balance 45 days beforedeparture. AMENDMENTS: A transfer from one Tour to another will be treated as cancellation from one Tour and a fresh booking on

another. Therefore cancellation charges will apply.
CANCELLATIONS: If circumstances make you cancel yourtour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per theBooking Conditions of the Tour we are constrained to levy thefollowing cancellation charges.
1 month before tour departure date - booking deposit
29-15 days before tour departure date - 50% of tour price
14 - 7 days or less before tour departure date - 75% of tour price
Less than 7 days or NO SHOW - no refund
Zenith Leisure Holidays reserves the right to cancel any Tourprior to the departure without assigning any reason. In such asituation we will book the passenger on a different tour date. In case ifthe alternate tour date is not acceptable, we will refund paymentmade by you after deducting the visa & airline cost incurred by ZenithLeisure Holidays, but no compensation is payable.
Zenith Leisure Holidays cannot take responsibility for any costor any expenses related to the issuance and or cancellation of airtickets or other arrangements not done through Zenith LeisureHolidays.
REFUNDS: Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or
cancellations will be paid by Zenith Leisure Holidays; it would take at
least 30 days to process refunds. Any refunds, whether payment
received in indlan rupees or foreign exchange, will be effected in
Indian Rupees only at the prevailing Foreign Exchange buying rate.20. There is no refund payable for any Unutilized Services (e.g.
Meals, Entrance Fees, Hotels, Cruise etc.) We cannot be held
responsible for circumstances, beyond our control and arising out of
natural calamities, airlines flight delays, strikes, breakdown in
facilities. Accidents, acts of terrorism etc. However caused (Force
Majeure v s Majeure).
