Sie schult Formerfassung und Formwiedergabe. Konzentriertes Studieren bestimmender Formzusammenhänge prägt bildnerische Erkenntnis und geht einher mit dem Erproben verschiedener Darstellungstech- niken und deren Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten. Zeichnerische Gestaltung ist ein Entwurfsfach im Hauptstudium und über- trägt das bisher Erkannte und Erlernte auf Themen mit Designbezug. Zeichnen erfüllt hier vielfältige Funktionen und ästhetische Ansprüche. Die in der Praxis üblichen Arbeitsbereiche Skizze, Entwurf, Illustration werden im Rahmen konzep- tioneller Vorgaben thematisiert, erprobt und optimiert. Die gestalterische Einheit von Idee, Konzeption und Realisation bildet die Grundlage zunehmend differenzierter Aufgabenstellung. Drawing is offered as Basic Studies and seeks to individually cultivate the student’s talent. It schools the grasp of form and its rendition. The intensive study of the defining correlations of form enhances creative thought, a process set in motion through encounters with a wide range of creative techniques and forms of ex- pression. Drawing Design is offered in Advanced Studies; previously acquired comprehension and knowledge are applied to themes related to design. Here, drawing fulfills manifold functions and aesthetic demands. In the framework of conceptional prere- quisites, the most common fields of study, sketching, drafting and illustration, are practiced and optimized. The blend of idea, conception and realisation forms the foundation for in- creasingly differentiated tasks.
