TRAINING AND INSTRUCTIONZCS offers various training and instructionprogramsonvariousaspectsrelatingtosolarenergy.Thetrainingandinstructionsessionsare organised both at the ZCS offices andexternallyatthepremisesofourdistributorsor in hotel meeting rooms or conferencecentres.ZCS encourages all its customers toparticipate in some training courses, sothat they are able to efficiently install thesystemandmakeitfullycompliantwiththeapplicableregulations.

The ZCS training courses normally includegeneralandtheoreticalpresentationsaimedat developing technical knowledge on theinverters,aswellaspracticalexerciseswith“open inverter” aimed at explaining all theproduct features, the various applications,installation and commissioning procedures,programming, maintenance and faultidentification.The courses are open to all operators inthe sector and are not limited to technicalprofessionals.

SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIESThe general approach, i.e. the normalprocedureintheeventofafault,fortheZCSinverteristoreplacethefaultyinverterwithaneworreconditionedone.However, there may be cases where it iseasier tochangesomeaccessories inorderto make the entire system start again. Thisis thecasewith the fan tray in three-phaseinverters,orthebatteryconnectioncablesinthestoragesystems.The list of available accessories and sparepartscanbefoundinourpricelistsandthepartscanbeorderedfromourdistributorsinthesamewaythattheinvertersareordered.ZCSkeepsanextensivestockofaccessoriesand spare parts, which are available forimmediateshipment.

MAINTENANCE – EXTENDED WARRANTY – UPDATES - RETROFITThe ZCS Azzurro string inverters do notrequire any special maintenance since afaulty inverter is always replaced by a newinverter.However, since the expected service lifeof an inverter is about 20 years, an annualinspectionofthegeneralconditionsofeachinverterisrecommended.ZCS offers this type of service at veryconvenientpricesandconditionsbothduringandafterthewarrantyperiod. Contactourofficesforaquote.Each inspection visit will involve checkingthe proper functioning of the inverter bymeasuring the efficiency and checking alltheparametersusefulforthelifeoftheunititself. Inaddition, themachinesoftwarewillbeupdatediftheunitdoesnothavethelatestsoftwarereleaseandareportwillbe issued

certifyingtheresultsoftheinspection.

REPAIR AND REPLACEMENTFaulty inverters can be replaced by a newinverterorareconditionedinverter.ZCS uses partner companies to restore theAzzurroinverterstotheiroriginalcondition.Thisprocess,whichwecall“reconditioning”,brings the inverter back to its originalconditionsofperformanceandefficiency.Reconditioning includes total inspection ofthe machine, complete cleaning, analysisand replacement of any parts that needto be replaced. The reconditioned inverterundergoes a complete test cycle and issupplied with the warranty remaining afterexpiryofthetenyearsoftheoriginalinverter.

SERVICE PARTNERSZCS can intervene within 24 hours in anyregionofItalyandinanycountryinEurope.ZCS has built a relationship of trust withthe installers inchargeof interveningat itscustomers.Ifaninstallerisnotavailable,ZCSprovides assistance through its own directstafforthroughlocalservicepartners.
