Scott Prowse, Chief Executive Officer Scott Prowse has over 35 years of experience in managing and running businesses. Scott started off after college working for the top real estate developers in Silicon Valley, running projects building corporate campuses for some of the top fortune 500 companies in the San Francisco bay area. He then received his General Building, General Engineering and Real Estate licenses and started his own construction and development companies building high-end residential estates for some of Silicon Valley’s top CEO’s and Venture Capitalists. He also owned and managed several real estate offices. Scott has done several startups including one of the Bay Area’s first indoor sports arenas. He has been involved with Zalemark since 2010 as a major investor, shareholder and consultant. Scott has been responsible for providing and securing the funding of close to $15,000,000 for acquiring the Gems TV assets in 2010, the launch of Posh TV and helping to position Zalemark where it is today to launch its new Home Shopping Network, Compralux.

Warren Nobusada, President Warren Nobusada took a small, family owned business from an importing company to a conglomerate that became one of the largest seafood processor and exporter of seafood and fruits and vegetables in the U.S. retiring in 1998 as President and CEO after 30 years. The company operated 5 processing plants, 4 food distribution warehouses, and 3 sales offices, besides owning real estate, Japanese restaurant, and retail gift shop. He was a partner in a construction company for new, affordable homes, and a partner in several real estate partnerships for residential and commercial properties. After retirement, Warren dabbles as a partner in the auto industry and is directly involved in the management and marketing of the Dog Boxer Brand.

Ernest Martel, Executive Vice presidentErnie has over 40 years of management and funding raising experiences in video, medical and

technology industries. He was Vice President Business Development of Pacific Charter Financial Services Corporation. From 1996- 2000 as Executive Director of Excel Communications he managed over 1,200 representatives in the United States of America, Canada, and United Kingdom implemented training course for new recruits. From 1980-2010 owned a chain of video stores in the LA basin and Ventura county. Help start VCR Technician School and in the early 80’s developed a point-of- sale system, which subsequently used in over 3,000 stores nationwide.

Raymond Ruiz, Chief Operating Officer Raymond is a graduate from the California State University at Long Beach with a B.S. in Business. Raymond worked for 12 years in the fashion industry - manufacturing women’s knitwear, jewelry and accessories for distribution to National Chains (Nordstrom, Saks, and Neiman Marcus). Raymond’s last position was Director of Mexico Operations for St. John Knits, where he was instrumental in establishing 120,000 sq. ft. jewelry and knit clothing manufacturing facility in Mexico. Raymond was responsible for developing qualified vendors and ensuring they were in compliance with the company quality and international labor standards. From 2005 and currently Ray has been a part of the Zalemark team with special detail on quality control, logistics, merchandising, and compliance.

Steven Zale, Chairman Emeritus

Steven Zale has spent over 30 years designing fine jewelry with a passion for creating designs that “Make a Statement.” Steven is known as the designing and marketing force behind many of the most popular and prominent brands in the world today. His timeless, rich designs reflect uniqueness, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that have earned him the most prestigious awards worldwide. Some of his accolades and awards include his Demeter® Colored Stone Necklaces on the Red Carpet for the 2011-2012 Academy Awards, 2009-2012 U.S. Commerce Design Awards, 2008 Forbes Designer of the Year and two DeBeers “Designer of the Year” awards. Steven’s Designs has been published in the most influential publications worldwide including Vogue, Harper Bazaar, JCK, Lustre, In Style, Seventeen, JQ, Cosmopolitan, Modern Jeweler, Jewelry Couture, Millionaire, Valley, Trends & Colours, Engagement Magazine, Fine Interiors, & DuPont Registry.

Steven has been an expert on design, manufacturing, and retail marketing, for The World Gold Council of South East Asia, Diamond Promotion Service, PNJ of Vietnam and ASJ of Thailand.

Steven has been recently featured on the cover of, Opportunist Magazine, Stock Radio, Small Cap Voice, Fox Business News, and the reality show, “The Housewives of Atlanta TV Reality Shows”.
