In the project, advanced multiuser receiver structures for UMTS base stations were designed to increase the system capacity and coverage taking into account implementation complexity and practical limitations. Work responsibilities included executing the project work, coordinating the work progress with Siemens, and managing a group of research assistants. Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering (effective Sept. 2014); Associate Professor of
