Im available to play on main raid days and im able to join an extra day for first 2-3 weeks of new content, but i prefer to stick to the 3 days schedule after mains are geared and so on.[/color][color=#C0C0C0]How much time do you plan to invest in this game?: Im currently playing every day, im not the type of player who just logs in for raids. [color=#C0C0C0]Which raid related addons are you using?: Im using DBM with VEM voicepack, its quite good and updated. Also i use weakauras to track buffs, debuffs, trinket procs/icd and almost everything that i need to know during an encounter. As a damage meter i use Skada. The raid frames are the default ElvUI ones.[/color]

[color=#C0C0C0]Please explain your current spec choices:I use Chi Brew, Chi Wave, Xuen and Serenity for single target fights like Gruul, Oregorger, Blackhand, Kromog. I also use this setup for Flamebender eventhough there are the dogs to kill. I use Chi Brew, Chi Wave, Xuen and Chi Explosion for German Twins since you can keep a clone up for about 70% of the figh, they share health and they are tanked together. The reason i use Chi Brew here is because you need that starting burst and because the fight is not so long. I only use Ascension for Iron Maidens since its a long fight and you gain more from Ascension than from Chi Brew. Leg Sweep is a great AoE stun whenever is needed and with the 6.1 Chi Burst buff, it might be worth for Kromog small hands. For the defensive tier, i switch between Dampen Harm and Diffuse Magic, depending on the damage taken if its magical or not. [/color]

[color=#C0C0C0]Do you have any noteable alts?: I have an Elemental Shaman, using it for CMs that is in Method right now. I have a friend there and the shaman is there as casual. Also im now leveling my DK, that was my ex main, but you will find more about this in the next paragraphs.[/color]

EU-Outland:

Sanity Requiem(T13- was GM and raidleader also): people stopped showing at raids and we decided to disband the guild

EU-Twisting Nether:Draco(T14 and start of T15): wanted to start raiding seriously again.

EU-Kazzak:

Ecology: wasn't able to play on a 4 day schedule on WoD. They also had an extended Sunday. [/color]

[color=#C0C0C0]Reasons for leaving your most recent guild?:Ive joined this guild because they were raiding 3days/week and they were having a very good SoO progress. All was good until WoD camed out, when people were not investing the gold we got from SoO boosts in BoEs, and they were not preparing for raids at all. Highmaul progress started and our GM and Raid Leader was afk for 2 or 3 weeks, which was very bad for us all, because we were very slowed with the progress. I thought things will get better after he comes back, but they didnt. The main reason for the actual progress is that people are not coming prepared, and that was the result of us cant killing Blackhand heroic on the first week. This was a huge dissapointment for me, also with people asking during the fights what will the boss do in the next phase and so on.[/color]

[color=#C0C0C0]What do you expect from Replicant?:I mainly expect quality time, great progress and the most important thing, great players. Raiding 11-12 hours/week is not much, and people have to be prepared. I think quality over quantity should be the right words for a 3days guild that wants to finish content when its still actual. I expect the things to be the opposite way of how they are now here.[/color]
