st th The YSPM's Yashoda Technical Campus celebrated its 1 Graduation day Tuesday, 19 March 2019 in its campus. The celebrations started with the academic procession in which the dignitaries namely, Prof. Dasharath Sagare (President-YSPM), Prof. Ajinkya Sagare (Vice-President, YSPM), Mr. Manohar Salunkhe (Agriculture Expert), Dr. A. T. Pise (Principal Govt. College of Engineering), Dr. B. F. Jogi (Head, Affiliation Unit DBATU, Lonere), Prof. Dr. N. G. Narve(Director, YTC), Dr. V. K. Redasani (Principal, College of Pharmacy), Dr. M. D. Bhosale (Principal, Faculty of MCA), Mr. R. D. Mohite (HOD, MBA), Mr. S. S. Mane (COE, YTC) and The Heads of various departments were ushered to the accompaniment of the college band into the venue of the function. The dignitaries adorned the dais and after the Saraswati Poojanand lighting the lamp, the Director welcomed all the dignitaries, invitees, parents, faculty and graduated students. The graduated students from the college of engineering and college of Pharmacy awarded with the degree certificates at the hands of dignitaries on the dais.
Mr. Manohar Salunkhe, declared the graduation day open and in his presidential address he congratulated the graduated students. The education system should not be based on the marks scored by the student it should be the Innovation and Employment as well as Entrepreneurship oriented. The Chief Guest Dr. A. T. Pise in his address he pointed out that Learning is a Continuous Process by the Hard work and Dedication by teachers in shaping the graduates as an responsible citizens of the country. Dr. B. F. Jogi, Guest of Honour, addressed students in terms of career opportunities available for Engineering students.
Prof. Dasharath Sagare addressed students about the discipline, hard work, cleanliness and ethical behavior of the students. Mr. R. D. Mohite Expressed vote of thanks, and declared the graduation day closed. Ms. Nupur Sukate and Mr, Akshay Kanase done excellent anchoring for the programme.

Local Inquiry Committee (LIC) of Shivaji University, Kolhapur (SUK) visited Yashoda Technical Campus th
(YTC) faculty of engineering on 29 March 2019. Dr. S.A.Khot (Principal, Sharad Institute of Technology Yadrav) was chairman and Prof. Mrs. R. R. Jagtap (Associate Professor, ADCET) was member of the LIC committee. They visited all the departments (Civil, Mechanical, E&TC, CSE, Electrical and First Year engineering) in the institute and checked all the labs and (academic, administrative, curricular, co-curricular, research publications) documents related to the various points to be accessed by the LIC committee. They also interacted with the students and staff members. LIC committees' overall impression about the institute was good and they were happy. Prinicipal Dr. N.G.Narve and Hon. Vice President Ajinkya Sagare were instrumental in getting good performance of the institutes' LIC committee procedure.

The objectives of workshop is designed to provide the student with practical information for winding, repairing, and troubleshooting in alternating current and direct current motors, and controllers. The course is comprised of eight Modules: (1) Electric Motor Fundamentals(2) Rewinding(3) Split-phase Induction Motors(4) Capacitor Motors(5) Repulsion Motors(6) Polyphase Motors(7)Direct Current Motors and Generators(8) Universal and Shaded Pole Motors
This workshop is organized under Electrical Engineering Students Association (EESA) to provide opportunity for participants to get information about various electrical motors. How to make motor rewinding & its testing. Application of various motor related to industrial purpose. The idea of industries approach for motor has increased in last decade which is why this workshop has been carried out. Above points are briefly discussed with Theoretical and Practical Knowledge and Application to S.Y/TE & BE Students of Electrical and S.Y E&TC Students.Feedback from Guest: Faculty, Organizer and Student have good attitude and have good infrastructure and resource made available in campus
Guest Lecture Introduction to MATLAB Array operations, Loops and execution control. Working with files: Scripts and Functions , Plotting and program output Approximations and Errors Defining errors and precision in numerical methods Taylor's / Maclaurin series, Truncation and round-off errors, Error propagation, Global and local truncation errors. Numerical Differentiation and Integration Methods of numerical differentiation and integration, trade-off between truncation and round-off errors, error propagation and MATLAB functions for integration. Above three points are briefly discussed with MATLAB Programming and also example solved on
this point.

· This visit clears various points about the working of Wind Power Plant.
· During the visit students were able to understand the functioning of different components of Wind Power
plant. viz. blades, hub, gearbox, nacelle, yaw drive, generator, anemometer.
· Apart from power generation students were able to know how generated power is synchronized with grid.
What are the parameters which affects while synchronizing the generator with grid.Wind energy (or wind power) describes the process by which wind is used to generate electricity. Wind turbines convert the kinetic energy in the wind into mechanical power. Efficiency is more as compared to other Non Conventional Energy Sources.

thvisited our campus on 7 March 2019. Mr. Shashidhara Sondekoppa Mallikarjun Shetty was the Chairman of committee and Dr. V. K. Jadhav, Prof. M. R. Mundhe & Prof. P. K. Gavade were the members of committee. The committee visited all three departments of Faculty of Polytechnic, Library, Language Lab and Computer Center etc.The committee appreciated the cleanliness and good Infrastructure of the campus, and gave very good remark.

2019 tilted – “Research Methodology: Approaches and Techniques” for teachers of Government institutes. th Dr. V K Redasani has delivered the talk on 15 March 2019. He has enlightened all aspects for writing the
research paper. He also highlighted the process of submission of manuscript and explains how a good written manuscript
can be accepted by the peer reviewed journals.
LIC INSPECTION
Local Inquiry Committee of Shivaji University, Kolhapur inspected YSPM's Yashoda Technical Campus, thFaculty of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) on Wednesday 20 March 2019. Dr. D. D. Chougule was chairman of the committee.
Prof. R. R. Jarag of BV's College of Pharmacy, Kolhapur and Prof. R. R. Shah of ABCOP, Sangali were members of the
committee. The Committee inspected the institute physically and also verified the documents. Committee appreciated
about the youngest college acquiring the NAAC B+ grade. They are happy with facilities and curriculum work of the
college. Prof. Dasharath Sagare Founder President and Vice-President Prof. Ajinkya Sagare congratulated the Principal
Dr. V. K. Redasani and their team for excellent work and successful conduct of the inspection. Prof. K. K. Mali and Prof.
A. M. Bhagwat coordinated the inspection along with office staff.

On the occasion of "International Women's Day" Dr. V. K. Redasani, Principal, Faculty of Pharmacy, Satara
inaugurated book section on "Women Inspiration". A total 15 motivational books were donated by Dr. V. K. Redasani and
Prof. Kailas K Mali. The section was specially designed for all girl students and ladies faculty members of Yashoda
Technical Campus, Satara. Principal Dr. V. K. Redasani appealed to all faculty members to make use of these books and
motivated the students to enrich the reading habits. The event was coordinated by Ms. P. V. Bhokare.
thCelebration of 150 Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti
YSPM's Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara had purchased more than 100 books on Mahatma Gandhiji. A
separate area was allotted to book section of Mahatma Gandhiji and also major books were displayed on the rack in
library of YSPM's Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara. The book section on Mahatma Gandhiji was inaugurated and thopened for students at the hands of Prof. V. M. Kolhe, Deputy Director, RBTE, Pune on 13 March 2019. Prof. Kolhe
congratulated Dr. N. G. Narve, Director, YTC, Satara and Prof. Dr. V. K. Redasani, Principal, Faculty of Pharmacy,
Satara for inculcating thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi by conducting such activities. Event was successfully organized by
Mr. Rahul Ingawale, Librarian, YTC, Satara and coordinated by Prof. Kailas Mali, Head, PG Pharmacy.

Women's Day celebrations MCA department organized the “Women's Day celebration” at Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara. Program
was started with welcome of guest Dr. M.D. Bhosale, principal of MCA dept at the 3.30pm by giving flowers. Then
Chief Guest did the Saraswati poojan. After that, Students of MCA department shared their views as well as
importance of women's in life and also shared their experience. Dr. M.D. Bhosale ma'am gives inspirational speech,
she told the importance of women's in life. As well as she introduce all lady faculties in the MCA department by their
good qualities.

NEWSLETTERBlood Donation Camp
A blood donation camp was organized in our college on 27/03/2018. It was held in the Civil Seminar Hall. All the preparations such as arrangement of beds, sanitation etc were made. The Blood donation Camp Organized by Electrical Engineering Department and TPO cell. For this Mr. S. V. Kolambkar and Mr. Tushar Shende took initiative for the camp. From Balaji Blood band Mr. Sunil Jadhav and his team take part in blood donation camp. A team of doctors and nurses from the local Balaji Blood bank had reached in time. The Chief Guest of the Camp is Prof. Dashrath Sagare Sir. He inaugurated the Camp by cutting the ribbon. The students of our college and the other college besides the people of the city were participating in the camp. The Blood Donation Camp continued till 5.00 pm. After that, the Chief Guest delivered the speech extolling those who had donated their blood. He told the audience that the donated blood would be used for saving the lives of the injured and the sick. One of the doctors also addressed the audience saying that the blood donation does not weaken the the donators. The recovery takes place very soon. He talked about facts/ myths/ Blood Groups related information. The Chief Guest also handed over the Certificates to the blood donators. It was followed by a Cultural Programme. The students of our college presented the cultural items. Everybody enjoyed that. The Blood Donation Camp was ended with National Anthem. It was certainly a memorable day for us and along with other people, decided to donate blood in future also.

06/03/2019. President Prof. Dasharath Sagare sir, Campus Director Dr. N. G. Narve Sir felicitated to the monitoring committee. The monitoring team conducted monitoring thoroughly, they verified all the data submitted by the institute in the prescribed formats, conducted meetings of the teaching staff, non-teaching staff, technical support staff, and students separately and took feedback from them. The team members verified the attendance, Team Work, Sessional Work and such other relevant academic documents. Also the monitoring team gave its findings to the Dr. Redasani Sir at the end of the monitoring. Head of Diploma Pharmacy department Mr. A.T. Thorat sir, Academic coordinator Mrs. Patil Sarika and all the diploma staff members took efforts for the successful conduction of external academic monitoring. The students' work and its display gives due importance, so the exhibition is arranged by theme. Each year has a different theme, for 2019 the theme was “TRANSITECTURE”.

students. On 23 and 24 Feb 2019 the exhibition is inaugurated by an eminent personality and president of the institute prof Dashrate Sagare . The “TRANSITECTURE”means ” it means changes in the architecture in all aspects. How the changes took place in all aspects in the architecture. The changes in material, planning and with different subjects. The exhibition component of
st rd' 2019' involves showcasing the work of students from 1 to 4 year. TRANSITECTURE” It is the most awaited event for student of Architecture College and students.Every class F.Y,S.Y and T.Y.B. Arch exhibited their annual work of all subjects in the exhibition, students design the exhibition space internal and external according to the theme, from the entrance of the college to internal courtyard, corridors and display areas.The students from each class work hard for exhibition and showcase their creative ideas from entrance, corridor, ceiling and the courtyard of the college. They used different materials to prepare different models, installations and paint the walls, ceilings etc. during the exhibition.

Industrial Visit Faculty of MBA Organized Industrial Visit to Sajjangad Charitable
Trust, Sajjangad, Satara to and Venugopal Food Products, Satara.Faculty Coordinator Dr. R. R. Chavan, Prof. M. V. Landge took initiative to organized industrial visits. After visit to Sajjangad Trust Students get aware about General management functioning of entire organization. Students also understand the various revenue generation programmes and social cause related activities. Also alert about the history of religious place and their organization structure to spread the religious cause. After visit to Venugopal Foods Students learn about Production Processes, lead time, cycle time, plant layout, Just in Time concept. They found to understand the operations management subject in a well manner.
Women's Day Celebration – 2019
'International Women's Day' was celebrated by Faculty of MBA on March 8, 2019. Dr. R. R. Chavan was the eminent speaker for the day. It was the day to acknowledge all the women in the world for making this world a better place for everyone to live in. In her address to the gathering highlighted the need ethics, Morals and Manner in which the girl students come before the society.The significance of the Day was highlighted by the students MBA-II. The students read their poems on Women's devotion towards the development of society. Mr. R. D. Mohite, Mr. A. V. Kanase and Mr. M. V. Landge shared their views on occasion of women's day.The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Ms. Ashwini Raskar (MBA-II )and Miss Nupur Sukate (MBA-I) played role of Program anchor.
