MAGENTA PARK AND PROMENADE
Expertly designed breathing space at the heart of nature
Driven by Medine Group’s sustainable vision, Magenta Park and Magenta Promenade – two major landscaping projects, have been launched at the start of 2019. Meant to be landmarks of the smart city’s scape, they will bring a significant and positive improvement to the lifestyle of the West in the coming years.
Upon completion, the park will cover a surface area of 15 hectares sheltering thousands of trees, including endemic species as well as a parking area connected to the road going around it. The first phase of Magenta Promenade is a 60-metre wide and 400-metre long stretch, bordered by multiple trees and shrubs that connects to the entrance of the underground pedestrian and cycling by-pass linking SPARC sports centre and the Uniciti campus. Down the line, the promenade is enhanced by a two-metre wide aquatic feature bordered by wide lawns.
