  • MAGENTA PARK AND PROMENADE

    Expertly designed breathing space at the heart of nature

    Driven by Medine Group’s sustainable vision, Magenta Park and Magenta Promenade – two major landscaping projects, have been launched at the start of 2019. Meant to be landmarks of the smart city’s scape, they will bring a significant and positive improvement to the lifestyle of the West in the coming years.

    Upon completion, the park will cover a surface area of 15 hectares sheltering thousands of trees, including endemic species as well as a parking area connected to the road going around it.     A maximum of 1.8m high hedges will be permitted as long as they are located within the site boundaries or as agreed with adjacent owners and well maintained by the owner

    Frontage boundary wall/fence:

    Electrical and Telecom cabling to be underground from the manhole on site.Water tanks if placed on the roof must be concealed
