This information will allow your pharmacy to properly fill your prescription, process your claim and tell you what your co-payment is at the time of purchase. Using your benefits

When it’s time to use your ID card, you can follow the steps below to ensure your experience is seamless:

n To locate a participating pharmacy visit www.myWDRX.com. Sign in and select “Pharmacy Locator” under the Member Services tab. Search the nearest pharmacies based on your zip code.

n When you visit a pharmacy, present your ID card with your prescription. This information will allow the pharmacy to verify your eligibility and submit your prescription to WellDyneRx. WellDyneRx will verify your eligibility and tell the pharmacy what your co-payment is. No claim forms are needed when you use your ID card at a participating pharmacy.

The information on your prescription ID card includes:

Member ID # – This identifies you in the WellDyneRx system so we can verify your eligibility

RxBIN # – This number identifies you as a WellDyneRx member, and the pharmacist uses this number to process your prescription

RxPCN # – This number, which stands for processor control number, identifies the benefits associated with your particular plan

Rx Copay Amounts – Copayments are a fixed amount paid by the member and are typically based on the tier of a medication. You can check which tier a medication is in by reviewing WellDyneRx’s Preferred Drug List, available on www.myWDRX.com. Typical copay tiers for WellDyneRx benefits are:
