The most important day of your life deserves the utmost attention, and here at the Gardeners Country Inn we pride ourselves on delivering the highest of standards, and making your special day everything you have always dreamed it would be.
We are fully licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies and partnerships in The Ridings Suite; which caters for up to 100 day guests and up to 200 evening guests, and comes complete with self-contained bar, dance floor and twin French doors leading out onto our serene gardens; offering a beautiful wooden, roofed, bridge across a slow running stream offering not only an idyllic spot for beautiful photographs, but also a welcome respite for children who want to let off a little steam in our children’s play-area, located just across the bridge.
Our charming, country pub, set amongst the tranquil countryside of East Yorkshire is the ideal location for a warm and intimate wedding.

Terms & ConditionsDates can be provisionally held for up to two weeks, we would suggest that you use this time to come and have a look at the venue and discuss your needs and requirements in a little more detail. After this time, we would require a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £500.00 to secure the date for your event. This would need to be received, along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions. If confirmation is not received after the fourteen days, the management at The Gardeners Country Inn reserve the right to remove the provisional booking from the diary and release the date for other bookings.
Prices within this brochure are for 2016, and are subject to change in 2017 and beyond. A pro forma invoice will be sent out to you approximately two months prior to the day with a full and final payment due four weeks prior to your event. No refunds will be offered for a reduction in numbers after this date. In the event of a cancellation, our terms and conditions; signed at the deposit stage, will be enforced.
Cheques for final payment will be require at least six weeks prior to the event, to allow for clearing with the banks. Any payments within six weeks of the event date should be made by cash, banker’s draft or credit/debit card payments. Payments made by credit card will incur a 2.5% charge.
