Indri has been engaged to Marketing & Communication industry for 10 years. She’s

been equipped with academic degree Bachelor of Communication from UNPAD and

Master in Business from Queensland University of Technology. Her experience in

multinational FMCG Brand, Event & Production Management, and Marketing Research

has shaped her core knowledge and practices in Brand & Communication.

She started her marketing & communication career as Jr. Project Executive, where she

handled Tourism & Cultural Events. 2 years later she was Joining Multinational FMCG

Kimberly Clark and became one of Brand Marketing Team.

She built her passion and comprehensive analytical thinking in Communication and

Consumer Behaviour with Multinational Marketing Research company Firefly

Millward Brown Indonesia for 5 years where she handled various projects from local to

multinational FMCG, Dairy, F&B, Home Building Material, Telecommunication &

gadget, Electronics, Cigarettes, Insurance categories.

Her project management skill is undoubtable. She handles various clients from private to

government sector as Moderator, Brand & Communication analyst, and consultant. With

her vision and passion in digital qualitative, she directs a Brand & Communication

Consultant team in VAGlobal.

INDRI NOVITASARI

As a person who is hungry for knowledge, Nurliana has pioneered her career since she

was still in college.

She took Accounting major in Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta, She has a strong

travel and tourism industry, as she worked in a travel agent company, PT. Kencana Duta

Semesta Jakarta.

In 2012, she was joining to a local advertising agency named PT. Dwi Putra Kreasi as an

Account Executive. She is a fast learner. Her client servicing and organizing skill in

undoubtable. With more than 10 years experiences in Travel and Advertising Industry,

she has flourished as one of the most accountable Account Manager in VAGlobal. With

her personal touch, she will handle all client’s needs NURLIANA ANINDYA

Account Service Client servicing and professional organizer

Siti has a 7 years’ experience in Finance and Administration. She started her career

when she joined PT. Chrisna Duta Mandiri as a Finance Staff. 4 years later she moved

to PT. Sri Chrisna Communication and worked as an Administration Staff. She took a

big step in her career in 2015 and determined to join VAGlobal as a Junior Associate. Her

career dashed in the following year when she was being promoted as a Project

Executive.

She has a strong believe in work life balance and how experience is valuable to gain

knowledge, she is eagerly pursuing her degree in Communication Major at Prof. Dr.

Moestopo University. Her passion in communication and her skillfulness in finance and

administration brought her to an opportunity in the beginning of 2018. Now, she is one of

the most promising Account Service in VAGlobal. She will be the one who always keen

to learn, strong communicator, and accountable to handle every client needs. SITI FATIMAH

Project Executive Project Executive, Public Relations and media Enthusiast

Sanie has an overflowing interest in Public Relation, particularly on its practice. This is

why she took Communication Science as her major in the University of Indonesia.

During her current undergraduate work at the University of Indonesia, she has been

fortunate enough to be able to volunteer at the Marketing PR Trans TV as media

Analyst in 2011. And then, she took an internship program in Indo Cognito as Media

Relation activity for clients such as DANONE AQUA, Sun life Insurance, and CA

Technologies, also as Community Relation for British Petroleum (2014).

Prior to VAGlobal, she was working with Image Dynamics PR as a Consultant PR

since March 2015. She handled some clients personally such as: G2000, Jack Nicklaus,

BCA Indonesia Open, Uber, Coca Cola Indonesia and Google Indonesia.

Her 3+ years experience in PR event planning and management what makes her a

strong asset for us. She’s one multitasking consultant – handling social media research

management, copy writing, and analytical tools has made her one passionate Project

Executive in VAGlobal and she’s accountable to handle projects for government as well

as private sector such as MoT Indonesia, KESDM, Indolakto, and Blue Bird.

SANIE AULIA

Creative Designer Creative Designer and Videography Enthusiast

Melandie is a Trisakti University alumnus majoring in Visual Communication Design.

His very first experience in creative media industry is when he worked for one of the

biggest company in muslimah attire, ELZATTA Hijab, where he learned to create

promotional design timeline for social media, e-commerce, and other digital marketing

tools.

After that, Melandie has worked as freelancer to continue building his portfolio with

various design project, videography project and motion graphic, such as Bank OCBC NISP,

I Jakarta Application, Carrefour and Travel Blog Video.

Melandie started his own design and motion studio called molds motion. In 2016, Melandie

embarked on a new journey as he joined VAGlobal taking the role of creative team. RYAN MELANDIE

Graduated from Communication Science in University of Indonesia and University of

Malaya Summer Course, Anissa is knowledgable with Communication, Media & Cultural

Studies, and Research. Her language skill also undoubtable as she eager to learn French

even sign language.

She has various exposure in marketing and consulting business for lamost 2+ years with

some internships in Awesometrics, Garuda Indonesia has shaped her core knowledge

on Marketing Business. Her casual work in non-profit sector such as Kemenkominfo,

BKKBN, Dewan Kerajinan Nasional, Dinas Pariwisata DKI Jakarta, LPDP, and Badan

Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme makes her eligible to manage any government

projects.

Now as a fresh blood in VAGlobal, she is one of our promising research and planner in

our team. Her eagerness will make her one of our ingenious Branding and

Communication Consultant.

ANISSA DINI

Research Associate Communication research and strategy, music enthusiast

Christian is a Bachelor of Social Sciences, majoring Communication Science from

Universitas Indonesia. His passion for media and communication strengthens through

his participation in some organizations and internship experiences.

His experience started as the staff of research division at Press Agency in FISIP

Universitas Indonesia (FISIPERS UI), internship program as a Communication

Specialist at LAPOR!, a national public service complaint handling system at The

Executive Office of The President Republic of Indonesia (Kantor Staf Presiden RI) where

he successfully managed Social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and also

practiced offline communication campaign with communities. Tian is no stranger to media

and communication industry as he was representing LAPOR! in Paramadina University’s

Talkshow: “Adventure of Governance Technology” and exclusively interviewed by Metro TV

station. Prior to VAGlobal, He worked at The Indonesian Agency for Creative Economy

(Badan Ekonomi Kreatif RI)

As a fresh blood in VAGlobal, he is more than ready to help every needs. He strongly

believes his excellency in Communication Strategy would be a great weapon as a

successful Branding and Communication consultant in the future.

CHRISTIAN ANDRE SAMOSIR

Senior Finance Executive Finance and international taxation

Elin has an abundant experience in Finance and Accounting field. She started her

career very early when she worked in PT Hexindo Adiperkasa in 2009 as a Finance

Staff. A year later, she studied Economics in Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta and

graduated in 2014. Afterwards, she worked in Oriflame as a Human Resource Staff. She

also had an experience as a Jr. Accounting Staff in PT. Infoyasa Meditama Sejahtera

and PT. Senior Marketing System Indonesia.

She took a step forward in her academic level when she took Master Degree in

Economics with International Taxation specialization. During her study, she also

expanded her career by working as Sr. Finance & Accounting in Corfina Group for 2

years. In VAGlobal, she is being trusted as a Sr. Finance Executive.

ELIN HERVIA

Finance Staff Professional administrator and social media enthusiast

During her time as a student majoring in Accounting, Septiana Wulandari or Septi has

joined an internship program in her hometown Secretariat Office, Serang City, Banten.

Moreover, She successfully handled an administrative task.

After graduating from State Vocational High School 1 Serang, She moved to Jakarta

and started to build her career. She worked at PT. Niharta Tour, a travel agent located in

Jakarta, and became an Administrative Staff. Together with Niharta Tour, she also

learned to liaise with government officials such as Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism and

Ministry of Communication and Informatics as well.

Septi is a new champion of VAGlobal as a Finance Staff. Her expertise in finance and

administration would bring VAGlobal to another level. SEPTIANA WULANDARI

Administrative Specialist Bureaucracy and legal administration

Muhammad Syamsuddin or Bapak Udin has expertise in Administrative Skills especially

affiliated with government bureaucracy. He is accountable to handle an administrative

matters for government project.

He is a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Universitas Wijaya Kusuma, Surabaya.

He brings 10+ years experienced in PT Dwi Putra Kreasi, Jakarta based Advertising

Agency to become an Administrative Specialist at VAGlobal. As a hardworker and

outspoken person, Pak Udin is going to complete all the challenges with VAGlobal!

MUHAMMAD SYAMSUDDIN

His passion for Technology has made him pursuing his bachelor degree in

Computational Science from Telkom University, Bandung. Not only Computational

skills, his event management skills have crafted during his time in college. That’s why

Prasetyo is one of a kind than IT graduates in general.

Joining VAGlobal for almost 1 year, He has become a Mobile Q Support, the 1st mobile

qualitative tool in Indonesia. He also has been maintaining and handling office system and

network.

As a person, Prasetyo is a hard worker and really helpful. He always dedicates 100% of
