This reduces time spent in our reception area with other people and staff: 1 No more sitting in the waiting room, updating your personal information. Patients can check in online up to a week before appointments. You can make changes to your contact information, insurance detail, and in many cases submit medical history updates online. 2 Option to wait in your car. You no longer need to sit in the waiting room. Just call when you arrive. 3 Paying without touching credit cards or cash. Contactless Registration

How to Get Started To take advantage of Contactless Registration, you must sign up for a free patient portal account. Patients love the convenience it offers, including online refill requests and appointment scheduling.

PATIENT PORTAL SIGN-UP DIRECTIONS: PHONE USER

1 Our team will ask for your email and phone number, and then give you a temporary temporary case-sensitive password.

2 We will immediately send you a text message. It will look something like this:

3 You will click on the link in the message, taking you to the patient portal website.

4 Click where it says “Log in with AthenaHealth.”

5 Enter the temporary password and your email address.

6 Select how you prefer we communicate with you.

PATIENT PORTAL SIGN-UP DIRECTIONS: COMPUTER USER

1 After requesting your email, our team member will send you an email similar to the one here. Click on “Create My Account”.

2 You will be prompted to choose a password, and select how we communicate with you.
